excelente experiencia! no esperaba que la casa sea tan bonita y tenga una historia rica. la atención fue excepcional, todos muy amables. solo estuve 1 noche porque iba desde Lima para Lollapalooza pero espero poder regresar. gracias!!
Not a place I would recommend to other backpackers. The place smelt of cigarettes and the mattresses were really old. One of the workers was talking really badly about guests, particularly foreigners in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand. The good thing they did was have me in a dorm with one other girl a similar age to me as most of the guests were older men and i wouldve felt uncomfortable.

+ O Lugar é bem localizado próximo a restaurantes, pontos turísticos, estação de metrô, parada de ônibus e alguns locais onde vendem coisas de supermercado. As ruas em si do Centro Histórico de Santiago são bem vazias a noite, mas não me senti tão inseguro. A cozinha é compartilhada caso queira preparar alguma coisa pra comer (lámen, café, chá, macarrão, arroz, batatas, etc). O café da manhã foi bem básico (café, pães, manteiga, geleia, cereal, leite, suco, iogurte e aveia). Não tinha opções de frutas, não sei se é porque desci muito tarde (as 8h30). kkkkk Mas no geral o custo benefício é razoável. Muito embora, já tenha ficado em Hostel bem cara de hotel, na Argentina.
- Acredito que poderiam melhorar na sinalização de algumas coisas que são usadas em espaços em comum e também senti falta de uma apresentação para o hospede de tudo que ele dispõe. Algumas coisas que o Hostel também pode lucrar é vender algumas coisas pra pessoa comprar como snacks, pequenos lanches, algumas bebidas (não somente alcoólicas, nem todo mundo bebe álcool).
+ Muy cómodo y amigable. Llegué mucho antes del check in y me invitaron a desayunar por cortesía, un detallazo. Las camas son muy cómodas y la ducha en el cuarto enorme. Desayuno suficiente y opción de café y té todo el día. Buena ubicación cerca de la terminal de bus y parada al aeropuerto. Muy bien.

+ I initially like the idea of staying in a listed building. Pictures looked great. It's an old house, kinda a tiny mini castle placed in the center of Santiago.
- Bathroom conditions are quite deplorable. Shower tray was something else and the ceiling is all damp ceiling. Not sure if anyone has ever tried to fix it...or even to try to paint it. It requires a serious makeover. I won't complain that the window in the room is directly connected to a patio where people chat.. and smoke. I was tired and slept like a baby. But I'm sure it would upset others.

- There are many other hosels around cheaper than this one and better in quality

+ Stayed here for one night. The staff were friendly, especially the sweet older lady who was super helpful and kind.
