The Dear

I booked The Dear for a night to myself between social hostels, and it was the comfiest, cleanest and most modern hostel of all I stayed in during travels - it feels more like a hotel! The bed is SO comfy, the shower is powerful, the room is spacious and airy, the balcony is heavenly, the location is perfect right in the old town, and to top it off the owners are a super lovely welcoming family who make you feel at home immediately and provide lots of info about Puebla. Thank you :)

This was honestly the best place we stayed in Mexico! Our room at the top had a choice of three gorgeous terraces for our morning coffee and the kitchen was really well equipped. It was really well located and Celia was so amazing at giving recommendations. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

One of my favorite stays in Mexico! The family is absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Clean facility, beautiful terrace, nice common spaces, etc. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back here when I return to puebla.

The Dead is fabulous! We had booked a room with shared bathroom and it is only shared with one other room, often we were the only ones using it! The common areas as spacious, stylish and comfortable and there is even a roof terrace! Location is great, easy 5 min walk down mainly pedestrianised street to the zocalo and the hostel itself is opposite a lovely square. Would definitely recommend!

Maison un peu à l'écart du centre, mais on est au zocalo en 10-15 minutes à pied. La maison est dans une cour donc au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Nous avions accès à deux salons et une cuisine très bien équipée. Notre hôte s'est rendu disponible pour nous accueillir tard le soir (22h) et nous a permis de partir tôt le matin (5 h) sans problème. Nous sommes très satisfaits des trois nuits passées à The Dear.
