The property it’s in a good location and it’s clean, has a good patio but there’s no outlets if you want to work there for long so you will have to work on the dinning room, you have to pay for EVERYTHING, never been charged to save my bags in any hostel, it’s not social and has no activities, not the best for the price
Not a party hostel but still decently social. Staff was very nice and insistent of quiet hours (which was amazing). beds are super comfy! Not far from the metro, bars, and clubs all within safe walking distance. Overall loved it and felt at home here
Located in Villa Magdalena. Very close to Phinerios. Not that social. Very close to many restaurants and nightlife. It has a small bar outside with large TV. 17 minute walk to a metro station. Rooms were Pods with privacy curtains. I probably would stay there again.
Perfect hostel if you don’t want a party hostel.
Good hostel, except that you need to pay for every single service.. so in the end it’s not that cheap if you think asking for others things.
I had such a great experience at HBB Hostel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations and anything I needed. The atmosphere is social but still relaxed, which made it easy to meet people while also having space to unwind. The location is also a big plus — convenient for getting around and close to everything I wanted to see. I’d 100% stay here again and would recommend it.

Ambiente acolhedor, me senti na casa da minha vó em Minas, pessoas simpáticas e divertidas, tive todo o suporte que precisei além de ser em uma excelente localização com fácil acesso à Av Paulista e outros locais, além de me sentir segura saindo à noite sozinha. Tive a sorte de conhecer pessoas que levarei pra vida toda. Com certeza achei meu lugarzinho para quando voltar a São Paulo. É um ótimo lugar para quem curte uma vida boêmia, pertinho de vários bares e restaurantes com liv...
Lugar incrível na Vila Madalena. Localização excelente muito perto do metrô com fácil acesso a diversos pontos turísticos como museus, Av.: Paulista e parques. Ambiente limpo e atendimento em vários idiomas. Gostei demais , principalmente as confraternizações que os STAFs fazem para os hóspedes. NOTA 1000...

Not really nice staff. Not welcoming and not truly helping. Nobody speaks english. Saw a cockroach.
Small hostel, with a lot of rules and procedures, which doesn’t make it the most welcoming stay. The staff also mentioned that what they charge for additional items is overpriced. We used the washer and dryer, and staff were very helpful with this. We came out of peak season, so there was no atmosphere and not very social hostel.
the rooms were fine, clean and as describes. but they do not have 24/7 reception as stated online. the vibe generally felt a bit off, maybe because when we were there there were lots more volunteers than guests. on saturday there was a bit of a party without prior announcement which if you have a room on the ground floor is kind of annoying. on our last night we were woken up by constant ringing of the doorbell and somebody screaming on the street.. didnt feel unsafe just annoying.
Enfin une auberge dans laquelle nous avons pu dormir ! Le personnel est vraiment gentil et accueillant. Les lits sont confortbles et permettent une intimité. Toutefois, on pourrait s'attendre à mieux pour la salle de bain. Je recommande cette auberge.
Room was decent. The showers were timed for 8 minutes and not that warm. They appeared to be low on staff so they didn’t have 24 hour reception as advertised so beware if you arrive really early. It’s a lively area and I felt safe when I was there.
The staff were friendly but the showers were timed - 8 minutes only! And they charged me to keep my bags for just a couple of hours in a dirty crammed store cupboard. I got a list of rules and all the fines associated on checking in (which seems needlessly lengthy and required several photos which I thought was strange), which to be honest made the vibe seem unfriendly.

friendly and accommodating staff. Karaoke night slays, and the neighborhood is close to becu do Batman with a whole bunch of clubs, places to eat, and overall good access to transportation. definitely recommend 1000%

The hostel was in a nice area but lacked atmosphere, there were promises of a karaoke night but that was non existent and the cleaner would come in at 8/9am each day when everyone was still asleep to start cleaning, they even opened my curtain while I was still in there. That said, for the price we paid it was overall pretty chill and pretty clean.
