Grandview Hostel

Perfect place to stay with an easy route to the Grand Canyon. Everything was great. Small hostile but has everything you need and a nice kitchen and backyard to hang out in. I would definitely stay here again!

Adorable, rustic, cozy, and inviting hostel. Check in email on day of check in with important info. About 30 min drive to Grand Canyon (also closest grocery other than Williams which is also 30+ mins) - go before 9am or after 4pm for low waits. Parking on dirt lot, easy to find. Loved it here and would absolutely return. Check in involved reading some instructions so don’t miss the email! The hostel was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and had lots of friendly messages to ensure a safe and respectful stay. I love the thoughtful commitment to keeping everyone accountable for cleaning up after themselves and overall contributing to a good hostel vibe. Women’s dorm had an adjustable heater inside which was great for the cold night!

I stayed here because of its proximity to the canyon. It’s 35 minutes from Grand Canyon south rim with NO traffic (after dark) and 50-60 minutes with traffic, so something to note. Cute location, room pictured on listing is the mixed dorm (with the desk), the female dorm is smaller (walk in and beds are right there). Big kitchen, chill living area, big outdoor space.

Such a cozy and comfortable hostel. There‘s nothing much around or to do except for the Grand Canyon but it was such a calming place, and it was just sooo cute, I‘d highly recommend.

Das Hostel war in Ordnung. Wir hatten genug Platz und sind mit den anderen Gästen ins Gespräch gekommen. In der kleinen Küche wurden Kleinigkeiten für den freien Gebrauch zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Badezimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können, waren aber ok. Für 2 Nächte absolut in Ordnung.

This hostel is exactly what you can expect from a good hostel and I was so happy to have found it! It's nothing common in the US and therefor we were excited to see how it was going to be. And we were presently surprised. Everything was clean, everyone was nice, there's a kitchen with everything you need to cook a complete menu. Fantastic location just a 30 minute drive from the Grand Canyon. Homely feel to the place and there was plenty of communal space. Beds were comfy and rooms were not too crowded. Check in desk was closed earlier than expected however the staff had given our keys and detailed instructions to another guest who welcomed us and helped us settle in. Ein schönes gemütliches Hostel, in dem man sich wohl fühlen kann. Die Betten sind gemütlich. Die beiden Mädels sind super lieb. Es ist nicht weit zu den Grand Canyon. Kontra: - WLAN funktioniert so gut wie nicht - Die Fenster sind undicht, es zieht total wenn man das Bett direkt am Fenster hat - generell ziemlich kalt in der Unterkunft Der nächste Supermarkt ist eine Weile entfernt, generell ist das Hostel mitten im Nichts gelegen, ist aber nicht schlimm solange man ein Auto hat.

A very nice hostel, just 30 min away from the grand canyon. The place is beautiful, the hostel itself very comfy and tiddy and the people were cool. It's a shame that there is not more hostels like that in the area because it really improve you travels !

Really cool spot and so close to the Grand Canyon. Josh was super chill and very helpful with what do hike and do in the area. Def would go back and stay there again.

This is an amazing place to stay. They literally have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff was welcoming, kind and professional. The location of this hostel is incredible! You will not find a better place!!! MUST STAY!!!

I highly recommend this place. So glad I stayed in this hostel instead of a hotel. It's in a handy location, right near the Grand Canyon turn. It's big enough to give you space but small enough to make it an interesting place to stay and gives plenty of opportunity to meet new folks. The staff were so helpful! With advice and guidance on where to visit, e.g the best sunrise spot nearby at the GC (Shoshone Point), and which GC hiking trails to do (South Kaibab Trail down, Bright Angel back).

Great people hosting and great location. Very cute hostel about 30 minutes from Grand Canyon.

New and upcoming hostel. Property is labeled with a bnb sign and is right beside a private residence. Nice and cool during the night even though the AC was not working during my stay. I think adding some eddison lights to the outdoor area would enhance the hostels whimsical farm vibe. Overall great stay and great location for visiting the Grand Canyon, which is about 30 minutes away.

The Hostel has a really nice style. The hosts were all very nice and helpful. They also can give you great tips for hiking the Grand Canyon. It is clean and you get some breakfast as well. There are no lockers, but when you’ve got something to lock, the hosts can keep it safe for you. I felt really comfortable in 3 nights and would go there again, if I come in this area again. Recommend it!
