+ Un sitio increíble para relajarse

- El acceso, necesitas un 4x4 para llegar y aún así si no estás acostumbrado igual ni llegas, tienen servicio de recogida pero con horario, si necesitas bajar o subir del hotel te toca pagar unos 20€ para que te lleven, más el cobro de dejar tu coche en un parking “descampado”

+ Bien bonito y cómodo, me encanto todo

+ El Lugar es espectacular, la tranquilidad, silencio, la atención, el paisaje alrededor, la habitación es hermosa.

- El tener seguro y:o llave la habitación, para dar mayor seguridad y tranquilidad en la noche.

+ El ambiente relajante y de tranquilidad

- Deberían ofrecer algún tipo de desplazamiento desde hotel a la carretera al menos , solo se pude en carro 4x4

+ El sitio es excelente para descansar y desconectarse de todo.

- Podrían mejorar la seguridad de los huéspedes, existen algunos sitios que merecen atención

+ Little paradise. Far from the main road. Wild river to swim in. A beautiful swimming pool with a big shallow space for kids. Beautiful surroundings. Sounds of birds and frogs and water. Great food. We spent an amazing week here. Including the guided hike up to the Terrazas Bunkuany (Carlos was a fabulous guide, and his cousin served us a big yummy lunch at her restaurant in the mountains).

- Would be useful to add a small shelf in the room (for clothes and little things).

+ What a great experience !! Hotel was amazing with great equipments and a lovely team!! Be aware the hotel is hard to reach (which makes it very unique, quiet and remote) and there is not many options to arrive at the hotel. Not a big deal just need to plan in advance

- The restaurant is very good but price are high due to the remote location this is the only options so it can add up easily

+ Magnifique hotel, niché dans la jungle avec des piscines naturelles et pont suspendu! Décors de fou, on était seul au monde, le soir au diner de l'hotel avec le bruit des cascades, magique!

- Attention, vous serez dépendants de la navette de l'hotel (4*4), accès muy difficile, je n'ai pas osé avec le Duster de location (il est vrai est que la 1ère étape est de traverser une petite rivière...

- Bed was a bit uncomfortable for me

+ Por donde empezar! Todo increible desde antes de llegar. Coordinaron buscarmos en una camioneta espectacular en la entrada del camino para ascender al hotel. ANDRES! Una persona servicial que en todo momento se preocupo por darnos toda la información relativa a tayrona y quien se ocupo de buscarnos para ir al hotel y llevarnos luego al momento de check out. Nancy!! Una de las dueñas, muy amable y simpatica con sus tres perritos amigables y divertidos (suerte , presente y futuro)-. Juan, el encargado del restaurant y vernos contentos y conformes en todo momento. José, quien se encargo de cargar nuestro equipaje y acompañarnos en las noches a las cabañas. Una experiencia en la selva de sierra nevada, a pocos minutos de los principales accesos al parque tayrona. La comodidad del hotel es increíble. Un rio espectacular y comidas ricas y abundantes. Volvería SIN DUDARLO NUEVAMENTE. Simplemente gracias por todo!

+ Einfach alles hat mir gefallen. So ein unglaublich schöner Platz. Abgeschieden und voller Ruhe. Perfekt, um nach einer Reise zum tayrona Nationalpark runter zukommen . Das Personal ist auch so lieb. Und ich würde definitiv jederzeit wieder kommen

- Eigentlich alles super.. der Weg dorthin ist definitiv eine Herausforderung, aber das Hotel organisiert einen pick-up und dafür hat man dort seine Ruhe

- Te cobran más de lo que dice la publicación, en ningún lado te informan y te cobran 100K más de seguro de manera obligatorio, cuando llegas allá te lo cobran…

+ Incredibly tranquil location surrounded by the beauty of nature at the confluence of two rivers. The staff and food were great. The cabins are comfortable.

- It's difficult to get to. The road in is long and bumpy luckily they provide the 4wd shuttle and a great driver.

+ We booked only 1 night at MadreSierra to bridge the gap between our Tayrona trip and our way back to Cartagena. What a mistake - we should have stayed a week!! This is the most hidden away paradise you can imagine. Everything from the service by lovely Fernando with complimentary welcome cocktails to bringing our bags up and down to the room and turning up our jacuzzi. This was an utter surprise and delight for our tired hiking bodies. They’ve accommodated our room changes even though they didn’t have to, made us complimentary brownies when we mentioned we craved chocolate and simply have been fantastic in every regard. This place also - just wow! You have WiFi to work, amazing nature, great food, natural pools in the river and a regular pool about to be finished.

- The only thing you have to keep in mind is that the road to the hotel is very(!!) tricky and absolutely impossible without a 4x4. So take their offer of a pickup from the main road and just relax on your journey into paradise.

+ Posto perfetto per rilassarsi, immerso nel verde e in pace assoluta. Staff cordialissimo soprattutto Pipe, l'autista della struttura che ci ha accompagnato all'ingresso del parco de Tayrona e ci ha fatto conoscere meglio la zona.
