Piccolo Hotel

The location was PERFECT! The stuff was really helpful and polite . The room was cute although most furniture seemed old. The bathroom door had a problem, we had to push it hard for it to open or close. The water needed more than 10 min to get warm. Overall the experience was good and it was definitely good value for money ;)

Very clean, spacious and private, walking distance to the center and the staff was very nice and accommodating! We had a great experience.

Klein aber fein. Für mich war es heimelig. Zum Beispiel ist die Dusche nicht neu, aber die Duschbrause schon. Das ist doch wichtig. Das Bett ist bequem und die wenige Dekoration die es hat ist schön.

La reception non sapeva comunicarsi in italiano, e nell annuncio del hostel c'era scritto colazione compresa, il che non c'era.

Bien ubicado, cercano al centro, las instalaciones son limpias pero no cuenta con ascensor y el agua caliente no funcionaba.

Location is good. Value of money is not proper . Facilities old. Bathroom is not good.

Staff and environment not welcoming. You had to use a key to get the heat and electricity working which meant coming back to cold rooms! The seating area in main floor was closed off so no place to hang out. Overall not a warm or friendly environment.

I was there just one night, the breakfast was perfect the room was clean the bed mattress was not that great. Staff sere helpful

O atendimento do Piccolo Hotel foi bem ruim quando estive lá. O funcionário da recepção tentou me cobrar mais do que deveria, eu não paguei e ele ficou me cobrando por dois dias. Tive que entrar em contato com o site para conseguir provar que eu estava certo. Quando mostrei minha reserva dizendo que o café da manhã estava incluído ele também não aceitou. Ele chegou a dizer que essas coisas 'não eram problema dele' e que eu deveria falar com o site world para resolver. Odiei.

Great location. The place had an interesting smell and our room did not receive any natural light which was a little bit disorienting. Although the amazing location was all my friends and I were looking for.

The staff was great with answering questions, as well as recommending great spots around the city. The room was all you could ask for and the AC worked great which was nice with the summer heat. Old school building, but I did not run into any issues due to that. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in florence.
