Pleasant stay. big and bright room. large bed, mattress firm but comfortable.en-suite was small and water leaked over the floor,but it was warm and powerful. sheets were clean and room serviced every day. Check in was across the road in a sister hotel, instructions were clear on this and easy to find. I was led to believe breakfast was included but it was an extra €10. everything so nearby train stn, shops, restaurants and all the sights. Smelt damp in corridor and tiny lift Grt bar d...

Check-in is at a completely different property. The bathroom plumbing stinks up the entire room if you don't close the door. Water will never get hot.

Clean, very welcoming staff, able to store luggage, bathroom was a little crowded but it was great for the weekend! It was also such a close walk to the city center and had many wonderful food options that were very close. In a nice area and our space was able to accommodate 4 people comfortably! Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend getaway!

Smells like sewage in the hallway and the room has a weird smell as well. One shower door is missing so the bathroom gets soaked every time you shower. Very thin walls so you hear the neighbours and plumbing in the walls all through the night. On the plus side it's quite cheap and in a good location, but the rating it had of 9.7 when I booked is extremely weird.

La ubicación es buena, pero el edificio esta muy viejo y descuidado, hay un olor a humedad terrible y la habitacion esta descuidada, es muy caro para lo que dan en mi opinion.

We really loved our stay here and the staff were so helpful to us. The location is really central, in walking distance of all the main tourist attractions in Florence. Check-in is in a different hotel which was a little confusing but apart from that our stay was great.

Good stay, the check in process was a little unclear but other than that would recommend.

Posizione perfetta, la stanza era bella e pulita, lo staff molto gentile, ci hanno anche tenuto gli zaini per la giornata.

Extremely basic, well located, it smells terrible, not only the room but the whole building. Very expensive for what it is.

The staff: super friendly. The location: exquisite. We didn’t have AC but they were installing an AC unit in our room at the time so the next guests should be good. The room was only behind two locked doors. They offered towels and small soap packets. There was not a DND sign for the door so they serviced the room regardless of asking. The room seemed unfinished like it was still under construction. If all you need is a place to sleep this is good. If you want amenities, look somewhere else.

This place was in a fantastic location. The staff were very nice. Check in was confusing as the check in was at a different address than the accommodation. We would have loved it except: there is virtually no wifi and we didn’t have shower water one nights. Weirdly the toilet and sink worked but the shower had no water whatsoever. Die Lage ist wirklich super und perfekt, aber es sah ganz und gar nicht wie auf den Fotos aus!!! Achtung!! Das „Bad“ war vielleicht ein quadratmeter groß, der Duschkopf ein paar Zentimeter von der Kloschüssel entfernt. Wenn man duschen geht überflutet man das gesamte Zimmer und es ist einfach nur ekelhaft. Das Bett war staubig. Für eine Nacht hat’s gereicht wegen der Lage.
