Hostal Casa Bonita Ometepe

Violetta is a great host! The location is convenient, facilities are clean (especially the bathroom) and it's a great value for money. Not the most social hostel, but great if you plan to stay close to airport.

Sehr günstige Unterkunft, leider war kaum jemand an der Rezeption, aber wenn man ihnen geschrieben hat ging’s. Um einen Roller zu mieten Top und hat auch einen grossen Parkplatz. Die Küche war sehr gross, jedoch nicht wirklich schön, sodass man nicht dort kochen wollte. Kaum andere Backpacker deshalb keine wirkliche Atmosphäre.

I got a 3 person room instead of the dorm i booked. One of the beds was broken. something in the ceiling was dripping, the bathroom was mouldy. Kitchen was bad equipped. It was very loud at night. The garden and the house itself were nice though.

Bon hostel pour le prix, mais trop de points négatifs Cuisine très rudimentaire et qui ne donne pas envie (pas de cuillère de passeoir, ou de lumière au dessus de l’évier, juste 2 feux, etc) Pas de verrous pour la salle de bains des dortoirs Un dortoir très bruyant (on se fait réveiller par les bruits de la rue) Les hamacs sont appréciables mais très dégradés. MAIS jardin et pièces communes sont très cosi. Le personnel est très gentil. Il est situé en centre ville

Very nice hostel in the centro of Moyogalpa. With nice garden too. Really friendly Atmosfere and Stuff. A good place to stay.

Cheap hostel. Helpfull staff.

The staff are lovely and a good location to the port and super cheap but no atmosphere and no soap in the toilets etc but you get what you pay for - a lot better than what I was expecting for the price

The hostel has a great location since it’s close to the main road, center and port of Moyogalpa. Also the host help us especially with the scooter we rented over the hostel. Sadly the kitchen is badly equipped and the vibe was kind of ruined by a man which stayed in the hostel for over 3 months. Overall still a good pick for your stay on Ometepe

The rate was really cheap for a private room with en suite. Unfortunately we found the room to be very dirty. Water leaked after having a shower and made the floor very dirty/rust was leaking. We asked for a towel or bathroom mat they said no, we asked for the bathroom to be cleaned during our stay and they said yes but never did. We got our laundry back wet and smelling very strongly of smoke. Everything in the room felt a bit dirty. The garden was a nice place to sit and it was located well.

Unfortunately nothing in our room was clean. The towels, the bed and the bathroom were all a bit dirty and even the plastic toilet seat had mold. Maybe it was because of the offseason but I really didn’t like it. The garden is quite nice though.

Nice place if you’re not interested in socializing. Out bathroom had no handsoap.. it says that reception closes at 5pm. Kitchen is a bit weird but usable. Very cheap which makes it good!

Das Hostel hatte tolle Atmosphäre und viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und einen wundervollen Garten. Personal sehr lieb. Nur die Küche ist ausbaufähig

sehr nettes und großes hostel, unglaublich gutes preis-leistungsverhältnis, hilfsbereites und sympathisches personal!! ab und zu stromausfall, das liegt aber glaube ich eher an der umgebung als am hostel
