Very nice place in Jaffna to stay! We had a nice balcony near our room and had a bathroom for ourself. Breakfast is very nice and great portions. Also, Tony is a very nice guy! Would really recommend this place :)

Amazing hostel if you're in Jaffna! Tony is great and so is the location. Wouldn't recommend any other place if you're in the north!

Tony is the kindest host I‘ve encountered in Sri Lanka. He was a big help with all questions we had regarding Jaffna and its surroundings. I believe this place is the closest thing you‘ll find to a proper hostel in Jaffna. Highly recommend when traveling to Jaffna :)

We had a great stay at Tony’s. He is a great guy with amazing suggestions for what to do in Jaffna. He arranged for us to have a Tuk Tuk tour of the North with a guy called Siva who was also amazing. He was happy to discuss the politics of the North which we found very interesting. Would absolutely recommend this place. Location is a bit of a walk from the centre, but you wouldn’t want to stay any nearer. THANK YOU TONY!

Tony is an exceptional host. A beautiful kind soul and his dog Sophie is just the best. He is easy to talk to and has good tips for things to do. Beautiful accommodations and delicious breakfast. A truly beautiful stay and great welcome to Sri Lanka.

I had a wonderful stay at Tony's. He is a fantastic host with lots of recommendations about what to do in the area. I did a tuktuk tour around the Jaffna peninsula, which I can highly recommend, as it was super interesting to learn about the culture and history of the area.

Tony is an amazing, very caring host and the hostel feels more like a big Familie house than a typical hostel. He gave us all the good tips for the city and breakfast was delicious too. Our room was perfekt for 3 people and we ended up staying 5 nights :) you will have a great time here!

Tony was very helpful & welcoming. We felt at ease. The room had mosquitonets & AC which was ideal. The location of the hostel is also great!

By far the best hostel I have stayed in Sri Lanka. Tony is amazing. All the facilities were great. Of you go to Jaffna, it is the best option there is!

Great place with a super kind and helpful host, Tony. I felt very welcome and he gave me awesome recommendations for places to eat etc. Simple clean room, and common areas (inside and outside). I can recommend staying here when in Jaffna :)

We had a wonderfull stay Tony's Garden House Backpacker's Inn. The room is basic, but Tony is absolutly amazing (maybe one of the nicest hosts we've met while traveling), such a welcoming, sweet and helpfull person! He gave us really good advise on where to eat and helped us navigating our trip to Delft island and around Jaffna. We had really nice conversations with him and felt so at home. He has bikes and scooters availble for rent which is super handy. Sophie, his golden retriever is so cute ...

We loved our stay at Tony’s! Tony himself is so lovely and incredibly helpful with recommendations for Jaffna and beyond. We also loved having his gorgeous dog Sofie around to play with! The terrace is lovely to sit on and watch the world go by. Our room had all we needed, though was a bit damp (think this was because we had the en suite room so there was moisture). All in all, this is absolutely the place to stay in Jaffna!

I spent Christmas at Tony's and it was such a great time. Beautiful and relaxing space, great location and met some awesome people. Stanley was super helpful and gave great information about Jaffna and the surrounding areas.

Tony and Stallion were great hosts, had a great stay! This was my first trip with hostels and I like it better than hotel staying.

Best accommodation & hospitality. I never lock my space for the whole stay. They are the best, Tony's brother.
