DownTown Tulum Hotel

+ La ubicación es excelente. La comodidad es buenísima. El servicio muy práctico sin tantos rodeos. La comunicación vía whatsapp eficiente. Sin duda, me quedaría allí nuevamente.

- Lograr que las cortinas tapen toda la puerta de cristal porque entra el sol y se siente un poco la pérdida de privacidad.

+ Sehr gute Lage, saubere große Zimmer. Strandhandtücher die man nutzen konnte, Stabiles Wlan. Betten sind sehr bequem.

- Leider hat unser Zimmer einen seltsamen stechenden Geruch gehabt, man hat sich aber dran gewöhnt, war nur beim reingehen. Unsere Kleider/Sachen und Haare haben aber danach gerochen als wir abreisten.

+ Lovely big room with very big comfy bed. Air con was great because Tulum was very hot! Location excellent. Right round the corner from a fantastic salsa bar which was great for us as we loved going here but you can hear their music from the rooms which goes on until midnight ish but this didn’t bother us as we were there until the music finished anyway!

- Pool a little small.

+ Super gut war die Kaffeemaschine, die bereitgestellten Cups, der Kühlschrank um Lebensmittel zu lagern und das durchaus große und bequeme Bett.

- Im Nachbar Restaurant war ab 22.00 - ca. 01.00 Uhr sehr laute live Musik, was schön ist wenn man unterwegs ist. Jedoch sehr störend wenn man nach einem anstrengenden Tag schlafen möchte.

+ Établissement conforme au descriptif. Tout était parfait : propreté, confort, décoration. Emplacement idéal, dans un rayon de 10 minutes à pied: stations ADO, collectivos, taxis; grand choix de restaurants et de bars, boutiques et centré commercial

+ Lugar tranquilo, cama amplia y cómoda. Dispone de una piscina que por tiempo no la utilizamos. También cuenta con una cocina de uso común en donde se puede preparar algunos alimentos. Buena ubicación, a 2 cuadras de avenida principal y muy cercano al terminal ADO.

- Si bien no hacen limpieza de la habitación, no hubo mayor problema por estar solo 2 noches en el recinto.

- La localisation de l hebergement pas evidant a trouver nous avons galere pour cela De plus nous avons passe 2 nuits la 1ere musique jussu a 6 h du matin on n a pas dormi la 2 eme jusqu a 2h il faut dire que c etait vendredi et samedi j ai hesite a mettre 5 sur 10 a cause de cela mais l hote n y est pour rien la localisation n est pas bonne a cote d un restaurant cubain qui fait venir des orchestres j espere sue ce n est que ce n est que les week end

+ Bardzo dobra komunikacja z personelem. Pokój świetny z ekspresem do kawy i lodówka, do tego na parterze kuchnia. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko „wszystkiego”.

+ Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Gut isoliert (lärmige Nachbarschaft), sauber - absolut empfehlenswert

- Wenig Ablagefläche für Koffer oder Schrank für Kleidung.

+ Tutto perfetto davvero . Appena entri in camera c’è un odore di pulito buonissimo le stanze sono davvero belle

+ Hotel is very conveniently located in centre of Tulum downtown. It was super nice, clean, and comfortable. There is no reception but Miguel is usually around during the day if anything is needed. Also responses via booking were very quick, friendly and accommodating. Beautiful little pool and kitchen area for your own use.

- The sliding door of the bathroom was a bit difficult to operate. But that’s very minor!

+ Bellissime camere moderne e molto comode! Ampio spazio cucina!

- Non c’è una vera e propria hall

+ A small oasis in central Tulum. Spacious, comfortable room with a mini-fridge and near lots of restaurants. Easy communications with the proprietor and the staff keeps everything spotless. We loved our time there!

- Great property! Might be nice to have a luggage rack or some hangers, but that wasn’t a big deal.

+ Lovely clean room, large bed and lovely pool. Looks much better than the photos!

- No reception, which wasn’t a problem for us but in case of emergency it may have been an issue.

+ Camera grande e spaziosa, pulita e con tutto il necessario. Letto grande, tutto molto nuovo e curato. Lo staff anche se non presente non ci ha fatto mancare nulla ed è stato efficiente per ciò che abbiamo chiesto. Posizione comoda per i locali e per prendere i colectivos o noleggiare bici, ad 1 km circa dalla fermata dell'ADO (noi comunque l'abbiamo fatta di sera con 2 zaini in spalla ed è stato fattibilissimo). Noi non siamo andati in zona mare, ma solo alle rovine e nel centro causa pioggia.

- Non trovo difetti nel nostro soggiorno, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina esterna a causa del maltempo, abbiamo beccato due giornate di pioggia.
