+ El espacio de las habitaciones, la atención y predisposición de Matías Valenzuela su gerente, también la ubicación del hotel

- La gente de recepción le falta preparación para las características del hotel

+ La alberca está muy bonita, temperatura perfecta para nadar de noche, personal amable, internet rápido, departamento bien equipado

- El departamento se quedó sin luz 3 veces, pero bajando a recepción e informando la situación se restauró. La alberca privada tenía mucho cloro

+ The property was on a very good location near to stores and 10min driving to the beach. The facility was good with a great pool and rooftop pool and resting area. The security guy was really kind and supportive and the reception team as well.

- There was a dust in the room. But in general was clean.

+ Las habitaciones estaban muy amplias y bien decoradas, con buenos muebles. En una de ellas hasta teníamos azotea con otra zona de cocina y comedor y piscina privada.

- La limpieza en general, había parte del hotel en obra y estaba todo como polvoriento. No hubo servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones, según parece por falta de personal, lo cual es una pena, porque desmerece al hotel, que en realidad está bastante bien.

+ Le logement nickel ainsi que la piscine vraiment sublime.

- La propreté pourrait être mieux réalisée. Résidus dans l’évier.

+ Nice location, about 20 mins walk from the ADO terminal and 5/10 mins from multiple grocery stores and cafes. Very nice staff. I was switching rooms and they were very nice about check-out times. Strong wi-fi. Comfortable room. Access to multiple pools, gym on the roof.

- A couple of cooking ingredients (oil, salt, pepper) would have been nice. The fan in my room was not working (which I prefer to using A/C).

+ The staff, amentities, location close to the main street and to the junction from which we could go to the cenotes and to the beach.

- Perhaps not enough beds by the pool

+ TODO! Está excelente el departamento que me tocó y sus instalaciones perfectas!! Nos dejaron quedar unas hrs a disfrutar de la alberca aun después del check out. Volvería a quedarme aquí sin dudarlo!!

+ The staff were very helpful and the room had everything you could need. The pools were lovely and clean.

- There was renovation work ongoing in parts of the hotel. The noise didn't particularly disturb us but there was a layer of builder's dust on everything outside the room.

+ Good location in downtown with shops and restaurants nearby. Modern room with a nice balcony.

- The refrigerator was very noisy and there was a problem with the ventilator - can't stop it easily.
