Factoria Patagonia

Lovely hostel in a great location, sea views and cafes/restaurants nearby. They allow baggage storage which is really useful if you are doing the multiday hikes in Torres del Paine

the private room is extremely small - we couldn’t even open our luggage. as a hostel, there is basically no “common area” or public kitchen. There is no where to store our food. the restaurant staff was not helpful, we asked for a cup for some water to drink, and he refused.

Factoria was very vibey, modern and clean. The rooms were small but comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast spread was also quite nice! All the staff were super super friendly. The only ding is in regards to the thickness of the walls - we shared a wall with someone who snored and it felt like he was in bed with us. I know that walls in LATAM tend to be thinner, but it was quite disruptive to my partner’s sleep.

Other than not having secure parking for my motorcycle, this place is just about perfect. And to be fair, I parked my bike on the wide sidewalk just in front of the lobby under a very bright light...no problems.

The perfect stay if you’re looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and central after doing the W / 0 treks! The hostel is honestly more like a hotel - beautiful rooms and a fab breakfast. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to stay here

Perfect location right on the boardwalk in town. Easy to walk everywhere. Friendly staff willing to help organize excursions. Clean and comfy beds with a good kitchen and staff. Would definitely stay again.

Really nice place, very well maintained, super clean and the staff were so pleasant and friendly. They would pack lunch for you if you were leaving early for an adventure the next day and the staff would could you eggs in the morning for breakfast. Great experience, would highly recommend

amazing staff! i wasn't feeling well and they helped me get a cab to the hospital and brought us breakfast the next day to the room after receiving my request at midnight of the same day. the room was clean and beautiful!

This was a great place to stay, we were only there for one night, two of us had a four bed dorm all to ourselves. Beds were very comfortable shared bathrooms were easy to access when you needed them. Great breakfast as well.

We only got to stay for a night, but it was lovely. The hostel felt more like a luxury hotel. The dining and bar area were adorable, and the beds were comfortable. Would love to stay there again!

We had an amazing experience at Factoria Patagonia. The room was a bit tiny but very clean, comfortable and it has the best beds of all Patagonia. The staff is absolutely lovely, helpful and everyone have a wonderful mood, and the restaurant at the property has the best food of Puerto Natales.

A really cool place to stay with incredible comfortable beds and linens. This place feels more like a hotel than a hostel, though a kitchen to use would be nice (as that was the one thing that felt missing). The staff is great, the breakfast is simple but lovely, and the aesthetic of the place is really cool. Highly recommend if you're willing to spend a little more money for the extra comfort / style.

Factoria Patagonia..... AMAZING! BEAUTIFUL views, amazingly comfortable beds (we fell in love with the pillows and are ordering some). The staff could not have been more kind and attentive to absolutely everything we need. We would hands down without a doubt stay here again and recommend to anyone and everyone. Very nice spot we picked there to explore Torres Del Paine as well as the beautiful city of Puerto Natales. We could not be happier. ❤️
