Nice clean rooms, great breakfast. Minimal atmosphere- definitely dont stay here if you are wanting to meet other travellers! no lounge or kitchen so the only chance to run into people is at breakfast. More of a motel than backpackers

Staff were very helpful when I needed luggage stored while hiking. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The people at Nikko’s were very helpful and knowledgeable about travelling through Patagonia. And they were also accommodating to my dietary restriction(gluten free). That makes life less stressful for me. Highly recommended!

If you are coming to Puerto Natales definitely stay here. Convenient, great location. Staff was so kind and helpful, the owner speaks great English. We did the W trek and they let us keep our day bags in storage, a great help and convenience.

Staff were wonderful. Always had good recommendations of things to do or places to eat. Rooms were clean. Good location for sightseeing around Puerto Natales. They stored a bag for me when I hiked O trek in Torres del Paine. 10/10.

The staff here are really helpful and helped us hire equipment for the W trek. The room is very basic but clean with a good shower and hairdryer. The free breakfast is good. The location is very convenient and in the centre. This is not a social hostel, would be very hard to make friends.

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave advice on visiting Torres del Paine. Centrally located near shops and restaurants. Only suggestion for improvement would be to open the lovely kitchen to allow guests to use it. Thanks.

Great hostel with amazing service and good included breakfast! We left our luggage there for 5 days to go to Las Torres, very easy to organise!

Overpriced for what you get. No laundry, kitchen and can only pay in cash. plenty of better options if they're available that are closer to downtown. The staff is nice, but the hostel is dead for atmosphere even in the peak season

I found a friendly helpful staff, simple but nice breakfast, heat in the room, great location all walking distance. Recommended.
