Nativus Hostel Machu Picchu

The room was very dirty. The bathroom was tiny and didn’t appear very clean, though who knows whether that was the fault of other people in the room or a lack of cleaning. I had booked a female only dorm and found that there was a male in one of the beds. I raised this with the staff and they did move me to another dorm, though they seem to be a bit annoyed by my request. The rooftop restaurant/bar is nice and feels cosy, even on a rainy day.

Okay hostel for a night. My bathroom was dirty and it smelt a bit musty in my room. Breakfast was minimal (eggs,bun, coffee) Beds were clean and comfy though and wifi worked well

A good hostel choice for your Machu Picchu trip for one or two nights. There is a nice rooftop terrace with great views. Very clean and well-run. A few of the lockers didn‘t work well, and I didn‘t like that the front door and hostel rooms are unlocked the whole time. Other than that, a safe choice

Excelente hostal. Cuidado, limpio, se nota que están en los detalles. La ubicación es muy buena y tiene excelentes vistas al pueblo. Me sentí muy segura y cómoda, lo recomiendo.

Tudo muito tranquilo. A localização é excelente. Pra quem tem dificuldade com barulho, talvez se incomode com o trem que passa bastante. Mas não é nada que te impeça de dormir ou descansar!! A equipe é maravilhosa e super atenciosa, a vista é incrível.

For a night it's allright.

Great location... The space in the breakfast was nice with an excellent view. Unfortunately, that was not really the case with our room. The only window was to the hallway/ staircase. If you wanted fresh air at night, you would be awoken by passerby/ staff in the am. Ironically the guests were quite quiet, but the staff the male one in particular was playing music loudly on his phone while cleaning some of the rooms... lol there are signs in the hallway stating that it is a quiet area.

Experiência incrível no Pariwana Cusco! O hostel é ótimo, bem localizado, limpo e com uma vibe excelente. Mas o que realmente fez a diferença foi o time: Melissa, Guiliana, Júlia, Rhannya e Hiran foram incríveis! Super atenciosos, simpáticos e sempre prontos pra ajudar. Recomendo demais!

The hostel was ok for a short stay. My main complaint is with the bathroom. The shower was not clean. The floor was slimy and the water was lukewarm, and was no soap. The bathroom door also didn’t lock and there were randoms towels everywhere. The workers were nice and accommodating. The rooftop was nice.

the property was really great for socializing and had comfortable beds and bathrooms. the front desk was always staffed and the outside terrace closed to loud activities at a reasonable time so we would get some sleep. the showers were hot and what you would expect in a hostel. The only con is the hostel is located on a very steep hill but other than that the location is very close to the center of town and overall a great experience!

Nice hostel to stay at for a night or two while visiting Machu Picchu. The place is clean with a nice hangout area with views of the valley upstairs. Downsides are that it’s right next to the train tracks so you might get woken up in the middle of the night with a train roaring by your head. Passenger trains stop around 9pm but other come by. Also the staff speaks almost no English, so have you Spanish ready. Breakfast is standard for Peru hostels. Have second breakfast at TAO cafe, close by.

The location is what makes this place ideal. You will find Nativus right at the entry point to Aguas Calientes by train or via the hidroeléctrica. This property is, however, not handicap accessible - many stairs right from the outset. Breakfast of bread/jam/1 egg/coffee/tea. || Encontrará Nativus justo en el punto de entrada a Aguas Calientes en tren o a través de la central hidroeléctrica. Sin embargo, esta propiedad no es accesible para minusválidos - muchas escaleras desde el principio.

Gute Unterkunft um den Matchu Pitcchu zu besuchen. Die kleine Stadt ist nicht groß und von dort aus ist alles schnell erreichbar, man kann Billiard spielen und hat eine tolle Aussicht, vorallem die Betten waren sehr gut mit großen Matratzen! Bei Fragen hat uns das Personal weitergeholfen.

They didn’t even show me the place out, a staff lady told me to take a shower was 10 soles which was actually free but overall okey hostel to spend night also they kinda kick me out before check out which was at 9:30 and they undo my bed at 9, rooftop was nice breakfast super basic only bread and coffee and banana

Na entrada da cidade, bom para quem vem andando da hidrelétrica. Próximo ao local que pega o ticket para o machu pichu, ao redor muitos restaurantes e tiendas.

El personal, la ubicación y los cuartos fueron perfectos! Lo único fue que el baño estaba un poco sucio y nada bonito, el agua estaba tibia pero no caliente.

communal area is great with a nice view on the mountains. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they even prepare a breakfast bag if you have to leave early to machu picchu. perfect for a short stay to go see machu picchu!

I can't really complain because I know all of this going to this at hostel in MP. The hostel is right next to the local train station. I enjoyed it, but it will keep you up at night and you will probably feel it. Staff are great. Other travelers were great. Like everything around MP, a bit pricey but that's how it goes

Great location that is right off the train stop! (but be aware the train pick up station is uphill through the market so give yourself extra time when you are leaving. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
