Hostal Omara

Omara was a wonderful host and was very helpful suggesting and organising activities in the local area. The house is lovely and in a great location. Easy walking distance to all the attractions in Trinidad and in a quiet area. Would recommend staying here.

Tive uma experiência excelente durante minha estadia. O local é excelente, limpo, organizado e muito confortável. Café da amanhã maravilhoso. A localização é ótima, com fácil acesso os principais locais, bem próximo ao centro, com restaurante próximo. Os anfitriões, Omara e seu esposo, foram muito atenciosos e prestativos, sempre disponíveis para tirar dúvidas ou ajudar no que fosse necessário. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa è situata a meno di 10 min a piedi da Plaza Mayor. L'appartamento di Omara si trova al 1 piano ed è molto curato, ha due grandi terrazzi per poter fare colazione o guardare le stelle. La stanza è dotata di condizionatore e ventilatori a batteria ed elettrici. Nonostante i lunghi black-out a Trinidad, lei riesce a garantire corrente elettrica grazie ad un generatore. Omara ci ha preparato un'ottima colazione ed è stata una buona compagnia. consigliatissimo!...

The hostel is straight in the city centre of Trinidad, it is a wonderful building that brings cuba to life. The hostess is will go above and beyond to help you around the city, she is such a great woman with a wonderful family. The hostel is amazing, you will have a once in a lifetime experience. The breakfast is wonderful for 5 dollars, it will fill you up for the day. If you need any help around the city then she will tell you everything and more. I would book this hostel again, its amazing

If you are staying in Trinidad, you should stay here. It is in downtown Trinidad meaning the bars and shops here are cheaper than 5 minutes away in the tourist centre. Omara is a wonderful host, she really went out of her way to be the perfect host. Omara purchased internet cards for us, as internet is limited all over Cuba and the cards are difficult to track down for non locals. We loved the room, very clean, with reading lights and natural light from the window. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious.

This is the best casa particular we’ve been to in Cuba. Omara and José Luis were the most friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast is amazing. Don’t miss the terrace!

A very nice place to stay in Trinidad! Located in the city centre and the people are so kind and helpful. The breakfest is the best we had in Cuba. The owner of the house is also a chef. I would definitely reccomand others to go to this place.

We really enjoyed staying at Omara’s in this lovely town of Trinidad. Omara and Jose were truly welcoming and always helpfull. Thank you for making Trinidad an incredible experience, we really felt at home.
