Personnel peu nombreux, de longs moments à attendre... mais très bonne réactivité à la suite d'un problème avec un colocataire Sanitaire cassé Très bien situé!

The room could be cleaner. This hostel is absolutely nothing special. People are very noisy and lots of kids running around the halls which is quite annoying. Probably gonna choose something else next time.

Children everywhere. Running up and down the halls at night, knocking on doors, you name it. Staff was nice.

DO NOT stay when there are school trips staying, we had teenagers screaming and running in the halls right outside our room, trying to open the door, knocking and running away etc for hours. Staff sent up security after I told them but be warned they accept 14+ age wise, not great if you’ve been travelling hours and want quiet.

J’adore a&o, mais à Wien c’était un peu étrange. On avait des lits attitrés qui ont été donné d’autre personnes avant notre arrivé. Des lits superposés anciens très enfantins. Pas de rideaux ou d’intimité possible. Salle de bain pleine de cheveux. Je recommande peut être pour des dortoirs + petits ou chambres privés.

it was such a nice experience from the stay to the services. super relaxing. rooms were comfortable and i could stay with all girls rooms which was such a delightful experience. definitely recommend. come back prolly

The hostel is ok for the price, but really lacks a lot of cleanliness and security, the staff was awesome.

I left one of my belongings on the bed, and when I woke up, I found that it had been stolen.

They give the room keys to any person. They gave us the keys to a full room, and in the morning, a GUY entered our room because they gave him the keys.

My friends and I basically got the four-person room to ourselves, so it was overall pretty comfortable. I would say that if you’re staying with random people, it might feel a little weird because there are two beds pretty close to each other and then one set of bunk beds. The poster wallpaper in the rooms needs to go, it’s so weird and creepy-looking. Overall, it was a quick walk to the train stations, the room felt comfy, and the bathrooms were clean. There’s really nothing bad to say.

Aletta es súper linda y atendía a todos muy amablemente y con una sonrisa; SIN EMBARGO, se me hace un abuso de parte de la administración tener a 1 sola persona a cargo de todo un hostal tan grande. Las camas bien, pero el hostal tiene un olor a humedad, está cerca de la estación de trenes pero alejado de lo demás.

Auf den ersten Blick war die Rezeptionistin unhöflich und hatte keine Lust zu helfen. Außerdem musste ich sehr lange warten wegen des Online-Check-ins. Es waren viele Gäste da, aber nur ein oder zwei Personen an der Rezeption – das ist unglaublich. Ich werde nie wieder dorthin kommen und empfehle dieses Hostel auch meinen Kollegen nicht.

Our room was overbooked as well as many other peoples. My friend and I arrived expecting two beds to be free for us and there were 3 people in our four bedroom room. We were allocated another room that was free thankfully but none of the beds were made, linen was just thrown in a pile on the beds and others were without. The floors in our room weren’t clean and the hostel itself was completely overbooked and insanely busy.

There were schools on trips and they were screaming and running around and nobody seemed to care,my room was in the ground floor so i had trouble sleeping.Bathroom was clean but beds had no curtains.Its one of those commercial and huge hostels where the vibes are off and noone talks to each other.Good thing is that its right next to train/bus station which is convenient for road trips/interailling

If youre travelling solo and want to meet people or just have a relaxed trip i dont recommend this place. It’s extremely busy and is basically a regular hotel with families and school groups and generally bizarre individuals.

Great location if you want somewhere close to the airport, basic but good facilities, very clean, comfortable beds. The man that did the night shift worked so unbelievably hard and was very warm. The check in process was a bit long and convoluted and it didn’t have a social hostel atmosphere but that was not important to me. Great for a short stay before a flight would defo return and recommend.
