Great place and really good value, the staff were really friendly and welcoming, the place was clean. Location is great with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in 5-10 min radius, also taxis often drive past. I would note that the power system requires the key card to be plugged in while in the room for electricity to work, which can be tricky if you leave food in the fridge or you want to charge things while out during the day, and the shower could use a curtain.
Friendly host who was very kind and welcoming upgrading us to a larger room with a kitchen area. The accommodation needs updating with the shower head to be fixed so that the water flows properly and not over the bathroom floor. Secondly the kitchen equipment could also do with an upgrade. However every thing was clean with fresh bedding and towels.
The staff were so kind and helpful!
A well-run, convenient, family business
A very comfortable place to stay. The staff are very passionate about their country and were extremely helpful. It would be nice to encourage interaction with other guests, however my stay was quiet and peaceful. Very enjoyable.
I was pleasantly surprised when showed to my room. I knew I got a private ensuite room, but it was more like a hotel space in terms of size, amenities, and space. Great surprise! The woman (host/ owner?) Was so friendly. ~15-30min walk to the city center. My only complaints: 1. The curtains for the street-facing bedroom were sheer, so completely see through with lights on inside. Also let's light in in the morning, making sleeping in harder. 2. The deadbolt on the door wasn't operational.
A bit far from main Novi Sad, essentially a hotel/guesthouse but rooms were clean and perfect for a few nights stay with some much needed privacy
It is a guesthouse, not a hostel. The reception is welcoming and accommodating , the premises are clean. Keep in mind that it is situated far from the center (about one hour walk to Petrovaradin fortress for example) ; next time I would choose something closer to the center
First of all, this is not a hostel so i don’t know why it’s even at hostel world. We first got a room on the first floor. It smelled so much smoke that we felt sick. “People in Serbia smoke”, was the answer that we got from the host. Finally we got a new room which had a little less smell of cigarette smoke. Showers and kitchen was not very fresh. Electric installations that didn’t feel safe. Surroundings is a strip club and a much trafficked way. Far from the city and nice restaur...
Good hotel with very frienly staff and better prices than most comparable places in Novi Sad. Good access to the bus/train station. Just a bit far from the sights of the old town and fortress.
Really good option for staying in Novi Sad. The staff is very polite and rooms clean and nice. Location is a bit further from the center, yet close to the stations and NS is a very walkable city. All in all a very nice place.
