Fable Hostel

Fable was an amazing place to stay. Family dinners in the town most nights, comfy beds, peaceful location, really close to paliton beach (the best sunsets ever)! I don’t ride a motorbike and still managed to visit beaches, waterfalls and good food spots easily & affordably :)

Ervin and his team were amazing. From the moment I landed very friendly energy from everyone. The rooms are huge with great space to spread out your belongings. Only thing which would be a lovely addition would be a curtain on the lower part of the bed but your towel works perfectly to block out light and provide more privacy. The hostel itself is spotless in every way which is great with warm showers. The cafe next door wonderland is amazing the banana and choco fudge are a must try.

The definition of a very good social hostel where you can meet everybody in 15 minutes. Location is good. Facilities are nice. Staff is friendly. There is free breakfast. Every night there is family dinner and thanks to that you will know everybody! best hostel in Siquijor for sure !

I loved my stay at hostel! The rooms are huge, clean and the atmosphere is amazing. They have family dinners almost every night which makes it really easy to meet people and rent scooters for a very reasonable price. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at!

Everything is thought out properly here. Rooms are super spacious, clean and lots of space to leave backpacks. Storage lockers are large enough to store belongings too. Bathroom facilities are clean and functional and showers are spacious with hangers etc to leave towels and bags. There is a cute common area where everyone meets for the provided breakfast (coffee/tea/pastries/toast) every morning and they also do family dinners! Easy to meet fellow backpackers here too! Made some great friends

Great hostel! Hosted family dinner every night, took everyone to events, scooter rental where you just take it as long as you want and pay by the day, nice rooms, friendly staff, clean, I loved it. My only improvement is that the common area was pretty small, but the hostel next door has a huge one so I just went there every now and then for lie down time

Great hostel! The staff were incredibly helpful and organized a lot of family dinners and got me updated on the daily activities. This was the first hostel in the Philippines where the showers were hot. Beds were comfortable, however; do not expect too much luxury from the room. Every night there is security standing at the entrance of the hostel and lockers are available.

I see why everyone books this in advance, everyone on the island we met said they wanted to stay here but couldn’t because it was booked out, the vibe is so chill and lovely, location is amazing, we loved it so much, would have absolutely stayed longer if we could, one of the reps Kam was so lovely and welcoming! Great place to stay in Siquijor, I really enjoyed my stay. The atmosphere is great, with a nice common area, and free breakfast. The staff were great, and very helpful.

The best hostel I’ve been to!!! The staff make it - lovely people who really care about all the people staying there. The room was huge and the whole place was very clean! I loved the family dinner idea and it really eased me in to meeting new people and making travel friends

I really enjoyed my stay at Fable Hostel. It’s a cozy, medium-sized hostel (around 32 guests) that’s social but not overly party-focused. Rooms are spacious, and there’s free breakfast with coffee, cinnamon buns, and toast. Family dinners and evening activities keep things lively if you want, but you can also relax in peace. A perfect balance for anyone looking for comfort, space, and a friendly vibe.

Had the most amazing 4 days at Fable. Family dinners were fun and the staff were so helpful. The vibe in the morning with breakfast and coffee is unreal. Felt like a retreat. Thanks so much for my amazing stay!!

Easily the best hostel we've stayed at in over three months of travel. Dorm rooms are huge, plenty of showers and toilets which are kept spotless, and most importantly, the staff here are amazing. The team learn your name immediately (so impressive!) and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great time. The family dinners here were the highlight of our trip and if we could have extended our stay, we 1000% would have! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Stayed for 5 nights and met so many wonderful people. The facilities (hot showers!) and free coffee are great. Cinnamon buns at breakfast are incredible. But the social element is what makes this hostel special. Family dinners every night meant I met so many people easily, and Gemma took a group of us out on a scooter day which was AMAZING. A perfect day. There are cute dogs during the day and also a security guard at the gate through the night so I felt very safe.
