Tori's Backpackers Paradise

Did the job for a couple of nights but the facilities weren’t great. Showers and toilets felt pretty unclean and there were no lockers and the door to the room/building itself didn’t lock.

The staff was very nice and the food was really delicious there. There were not that many people there which made it more difficult to socialize. In my dorm was no air conditioning so it was pretty warm in there. You can rent a scooter there which is nice.

L’hostel n’est pas loin de San Juan, le staff, la réception et les backpackers sont super sympa et il y a une belle ambiance ! Malheureusement, quand j’y étais, les trois quarts du temps il n’y avait pas d’électricité. Et, même quand le courant est revenu, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Le dortoir n’a qu’une petite douche et les WC ne sont vraiment pas bien entretenus. Je garde quand même un souvenir positif, et ça rest bon marché !

Stroom valt vaak uit op het eiland en ze zeiden dat het niet vaak gebeurd normaal. Veel andere hostels hebben generatoren. Vond het niet heel erg dat er geen stroom was, eerder dat ze erover logen. Voor de rest een leuk hostel!

Very nice staff, you can eat at the restaurant and refill your water any time. The dorms are ok, no curtains and the toilet was a bit dirty but we really liked our stay here for a good price. The best location with wonderful sunset at the beach just nearby.

The beds in the dorm didn't have curtains for the top bunk, and with 12 people in the room there wasn't a lot of privacy. You enter the toilet and shower from the dorm very close to one of the beds. Not a good chill spot for socialising but the staff are really nice and the fans works well in keeping the temperature down.

Very basic, bathroom flooded, did not fill up the 12 bedroom water tank despite asking, ants all over the floor and eventually into my bed. Average resturant but you get what you pay for. Can’t swim in beach

Staff were really nice and despite it being a 12 person dorm, I did sleep well. Just be mentally prepared there is no hot water and only 1 shower for all 12 people. It also wasn’t the cleanest but staff were so nice and cleaned as soon as we asked. I would recommend you stay here!

Lovely little place. No AC though which was rough. Breakfast and food are delicious and the staff are decent enough. Decent location. Wouldn’t run back purely due to no AC but I guess that’s an iss-me not an issue

the rooms were clean and i felt safe. very close to the beach (that was nice) and i liked that they had darts and a pooltable for free. the only thing that was not really working was the wifi but we just asked for the wifi from the restaurant which worked much better

No aircon except in the family rooms. Staff was exceptional providing a large part of the social aspect. Located right on the water. The food was really good. Free pool table. I wouldn’t stay here again.
