In general the hostel was very clean and modern with nice rooms and facilities. But it wasn‘t really ready when we arrived, there were no locks on the doors and lockers and none of the security things at the doors worked yet. The staff was nice but it took ages to check us in. We had to wait for over 30 minutes even though there was no other guest in sight. The atmosphere felt quite strange aswell and the location was a bit too far away from everything.

This hostel was so nice and it has all the amenities you could ever need, full kitchen, slippers and comforters and towels, not to mention the different game, study, and other rooms that are there. Highly recommend, the only thing was they didn’t speak so much English but I translated on my phone.

Really amazing value for money, facilities were amazing, they have a filtered water tap which was a plus. Staff were helpful for our late check in and the room set ups were good. Location was also very convenient. Slightly warm in the rooms but really not a big issue, especially because it was so cheap!!

Great stay, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Only thing is we didn’t meet any other guests, if you re looking for a social place it’s not the best (although we stayed off tourist season so that is maybe why)

This hostel was AMAZING!! One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, from the rooms to showers to the common areas. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I got there early for check in and they let me hang out in the common spaces. It’s within a short distance from the city center. Pretty social hostel in my experience. And the restaurant downstairs is definitely worth checking out!

Unbelievable, these rooms should be worth much more than they currently charge, better than most hotels I've stayed in the region.

Hiccups during check-in, despite clear prior arrangements made and discussed. Understanding that there is a language barrier, staff members are generally emotionless. Place is very well-maintained by the housekeepers, clean and dust-free. Extending to all spaces and even their toilets. Having an in-house cafe within the hostel on the ground floor that serves a good selection of drinks and food is a bonus. No noise pollution, a place for rest and seemingly a co-working space concept. Will return.

Super clean, relaxing Hostel. Beds are very comfortable and there's free tea and coffee in the co-working spaces. The only thing it was missing for me was a social area that wasn't a co-working space or part of the restaurant. Great place to stay in Bishkek and I'd happily return.

This was an amazing hostel in a great location in Bishkek. The staff was especially helpful and even helped me book a tour. Kanykei was an amazing staff member and really tried to connect the guest and create a sense of community. The facilities were impeccable, very clean and comfortable. Overall, if I could give it more than a 10 I would. Highly recommend.

Great facilities and staff was nice. The only real issue we had was that we booked a private room, but they double-booked it, so when we arrived, they told us they needed to give us a different room, which they did. It was a dorm-style room with four bunk beds, but they let us keep the key and confirmed it would be private. It was nice, and no extra charge of course, but they made us give the key to the desk when we left, which I didn’t like. Overall, it was a fine stay.

We really liked this place. The beds are comfy, the shower hot and the facilities new. We loved the food selection and everything we tasted was delicious. One girl spoke german with us, we were very impressed by that and wanna say thank you for her lovely service. Everyone was very kind actually. The common bathrooms could be slightly cleaner and some information about activities around would’ve made it perfect.
