- Wifi connection is bad, rooms are old and location is far.

- Location is bad, rooms are small, but there is an old woman with glasses there. God knows if she is a manager or what, she pushes you to cancel your reservation and pay her directly. She also offers free breakfast for 1 day if we accept it but we thought it was risky. Because booking.com also has our credit card details and we afraid to accept her offer not to be charged twice. She started to shout at us when we did not accept her offer and we just took our keys and went to our room. All travellers must be careful about that old woman

- THE ONLY THING I WANT TO SHARE WITH OTHER TRAVELLERS TO BE CAREFUL WITH THE BLOND OLD WOMAN BEHIND RECEPTION. SHE IS OFFERING TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND MAKE PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO HOTEL WITH DISCOUNT. WE DID NOT ACCEPT IT BECAUSE MAYBE BOOKING.COM WOULD RECHARGE TO US. SO SHE LOOKES LIKE A SCAMMER. BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL BECAUSE THE LOCATION IS VERY BAD

+ It was spacious.

- The ventilation system didn't work, so the room would become stuffy very quickly. Also, it shows they speak English but in reality not a word... So difficult to communicate with them, and they're so disengaged... The Wi-Fi worked very poorly, they had many different ones, so kept asking about the other ones also called Flagman and variations of it, and they just didn't want to help saying they didn't speak any English. The staff could do with some manners, cause most of it wasn't even a language barrier.

+ Was clean and well managed hotel, room is not too big but well equipped

- La nostra camera era molto piccola e nel seminterrato, calda e senza aria condizionata. Nel complesso si ha la sensazione di essere in un posto poco accogliente.

+ They are liers. The front lady was ill mannered. The real room was totally apposit to the one shown in pocturs. It was in basment dark and unhygienic.

- Not professional at all. No respect for customers. Staff was rude and cheater. When she demanded unreal exchange rate. When I asked her to accept USD. she refused and insisting to pay more than the market exchange rate.

+ Recepcja czynna całą dobę, dobra lokalizacja, jest w miarę czysto.

- Pokój jest w piwnicy, ma jedno maleńkie okno, które trzeba podpierać, żeby się otworzyło. Nie ma żadnego światła słonecznego i jest bardzo duszno. Toaleta jest na innej kondygnacji, trzeba za każdym razem wchodzić po schodach. Jedno łóżko było ok, ale drugie bardzo niewygodne.
