Hostel has the best view of the mountains, and a really lovely family social vibe for the evenings. Definitely the best place to stay in Pelling as you still feel like you’re in the mountains whilst can easily walk into town. Staff very helpful in planning days, and organising family meals every night.

Great place, amazing people, excellent conversations, pristine views, home cooked food, beautiful memories! The team at Mochilero will take great care of you, go out of their way to help you out, and ensure that you have the best time ever. The hostel's rooms are clean, and there are lots of places to hangout and vibe with other travelers over food, drinks, music, or even a bonfire! This home stay is the perfect place to halt whenever in West Sikkim and I can't wait to visit again soon!

Best Hostel in Pelling by far! In the middle of the nature and with an awesome view on the kangchenjunga mountain. Enjoyed my time so much!! Looking forward to come back! :)

A good place to stay if you need a good view of Kanchenjunga with an offbeat experience as it is a bit far from the main road of pelling.

Great hostel. Location is really nice, secluded with an amazing view of the mountains. The hostel has a friendly and social atmosphere. Nimesh and the team are running a unique stay. Nimesh can organise Pelling sightseeing direct from the hostel, and taxi transport. The food served here is home cooked with produce grown at the hostel and it is DELICIOUS! Highly recommend staying here to anyone. Hopefully we will be back one day.

Incredible atmosphere, generous hosts, and a world class location

Best hostelling experience I've had till now. Place is combination of hostel + homestay. It's bit inside mountains so you have to do climbing but it's absolutely worth it. Views from hostel are amazing. Host are welcoming and caters to guest's every need. Organic home cooked food is a treat. Would recommend to all types of travellers planning to explore west sikkim.

Mochilero Ostello is a top class hostel and the perfect base for a chilled few days spent exploring Pelling and soaking up the incredible views of Kangchenjunga. Nimesh and his team have hospitality down to a tee and went above and beyond to make my stay here comfortable. The home- cooked food is top quality and the vibes of the hostel are legendary. I could have quite easily kicked back and relaxed for a longer time if I had the chance too. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Sikkim!

One of the best and most memorable stays for me. The room was super comfy and the view was so good, i saw the sunrise hitting on Kanchenjunga right from my bed. Clean rooms, the food was so good and fresh. Aunty Uncle Asmit Ruby Amit were so sweet. Nimesh bhai made sure everyone was having fun and his stories were so entertaining. Really appreciate the hospitality. Mr. Nimesh is a real sweetheart whatever he do he will do he's best to make you feel welcomed and happy. Mr. Naresh is the best man you will ever see and he smiles always whatever the situation is. The owners are really good. You might face a little difficulty reaching there at the first time, there's another way from down road but it's not known to Google map. This is such an amazing hostel! We extended our stay because we loved it so much. Nimesh is the best host, has a great sense of humor, organised a tour for us and made sure we had everything we needed. The whole staff is very welcoming and sweet. The hostel is a paradise with an amazing view (especially in the morning). We really enjoyed the fresh food (from their garden), the delicious tea, the bonfires at night, the good talks and the atmosphere. We can highly recommend staying here!
