The Hosteller Coorg, Madikeri

I would really recommend this hostel to anyone going to Coorg. You're a bit far from the city center of Madikeri but just enough to get some calm and a beautiful environment!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Prince who, came with me to explore around the hostel, and helped me to book a cab. He's such a nice guy!! Coorg is beautiful and I think is more enjoyable if you are a group!!

We went during the off-season in monsoon. Staff is great, daily cleaning, and food is expensive but good.

I had an amazing experience here, definitely recommend and would come back again. Bheemesh and Stephen were the best hosts.

WiFi was not working, staff was not co-operative. No vibe. Just a bed to sleep

Great place in a serene atmosphere. Best for workation and long stays. Very courteous staff and the property manager Bheemesh was very helpful, I happened to miss my wallet there he was kind enough to courier it back to me. He has good knowledge about the Hosteller’s structure and helped me book at the reception to extend few more days. Location is very much accessible. Definitely a go to place for any Madikeri travellers.

Très correct dans l’ensemble et bon rapport qualité prix, un peu loin du centre de Coorg ( 20 min en transport) donc sans voiture c’est clairement bloquant.

Nice place but not a great location, 10km from Medikeri. If you don’t drive auto to Medikeri is 400 rupees each way. Food is overpriced. Personally not a fan of everything being online (check in, food ordering), staff were not very helpful. Also road to get to the place is not great.

One of the best hostel experiences I have had! The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, we had a lovely time meeting and hanging out with fellow travelers, and we loved the location :)

Good hostel overall, but the food in the cafeteria was okayish. The hostel is not super busy and folks often travel in groups, so it’s not that great for solo travelers.

I came here with no expectations, but now if I go to any other hosteller, I will have very high expectations! Hospitality made me feel that I came here with my friends. Asif and Abhishek made me feel comfortable, happening, during my while stay. My experience: 1. It was workation and got a peaceful time to complete my work (good wifi) 2. Got to meet new people and became friends 3. Dorm was spacious, and the washrooms are neat 4. Kitchen was awesome, and the chef (Kundan bhai) makes amazing...

Another great hostel option in Coorg. Very well maintained and with lot of facilities.

Great place to stay in Coorg

The hosteller located somewhere in between to madikeri and Kushal Nagar. Though the google map location ended abruptly i had to ask and find where the sign board and reach. Checkin and check out processes are simple. Cafe options are bit expensive and mostly suits north Indian style so I had to eat out. The beds are quite comfortable, you get hot water for shower.
