This place was very nice! The host was kind and they cleaned the rooms every day. Location is ideal a quick couple minutes into old town. Breakfast was yummy however was not included/ cost extra

Ein kleines, gut und zentral gelegenes Homestay mit unglaublich freundlichen Gastgebern!! Mrs Thuy hat uns immer sehr zuvorkommend weitergeholfen; Taxi Buchungen, Kochkurs und Rollervermietung liefen problemlos über das Homestay. Das im Preis einbegriffene Frühstück ist sehr, sehr lecker und wir kommen gern wieder! Dankeschön!:)

It was the best accommodation during my trip to Hoi An. I had a small money problem with the taxi driver, so I talked to the boss and he did my request. Thank you so much I said that if I come back to Hoi An next time, I will definitely come here again. It's enough to post on the cafe I'm subscribed to. If there are any disadvantages, what about the elevator? It's good other than this

You could not ask for a better place to stay in Hoi An - such lovely and welcoming hosts who look out for you and seem to anticipate your needs before you even know them. So close to Old Town & Japanese Bridge , super clean with daily room service and delicious breakfasts ( the passion fruit juice is out of this world !). Feels like a top boutique hotel but this small Homestay warmly welcomes you like family . Definitely coming back to stay with Thuy, Thu and the whole delightful clan.

Room is spacious and clean, breakfast is very good. The host family is really nice. As it so close to the river and night market we could hear some of the live music in our room, but didn't mind.

Miss Thuy and her family are very welcoming. They provided a map with many recommendations. The room was perfectly clean and functional. They answered every question with enthusiasm. We recommend!

Lovely clean rooms, wonderful hosts, fantastic location, very good TV channel selection. Near to night market and many bars and restaurants. 👌👏👏👏 Restaurant owned by the family is also recommended.

Nice homestay with a friendly and helpful host. Bedroom felt like a boutique hotel, complete air conditioning, a television, and even a mini fridge. Large and very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with towels provided, however it could’ve been a bit cleaner (dusty surfaces, unpleasant smelling drainage occasionally, and a few small black flies coming from the sink plug hole).

This is a wonderful place to stay: fantastic location; comfortable rooms and Madam Thuy and her family are very helpful and gracious.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux chez Mrs.Thuy qui s’est occupé de nous avec tant de gentillesse. La chambre était spacieuse, joliment aménagée et surtout très propre ! Le petit déjeuner avec des fruits frais tous les matins est un vrai plus. Je recommande cette homestay les yeux fermés !

had an amazing stay! staff is super friendly and provides a lot of extra services including super cheap transport to the airport in Da Nang. location is excellent if you are looking to tour the night Market and see the lights or shop in the fashion area

Thuy was very helpful & answered all of our questions. She made us breakfast in the morning and it was always delicious. Highly recommend staying at her place.

初めてのホイアン泊だが、大変満足できる宿泊施設だった。　mrs thuyのメール即答や、グラブより安い提携タクシーの手配等　滞在での不安は全て解消された。素晴らしいホストでした。　唯一の不満は3階で眺めは良いが、シャワーの水量不足ぐらいでした。　次回もここに直接予約して泊まりたい。

Great location right off the the main area in the old town , but also a very quiet spot for a good sleep. Lovely hosts who can arrange all tours , busses and future accommodation. Very clean rooms with large ensuite. Breakfast is great and well priced. We would have breakfast each day at the home stay before tours. Hosts speak good English also

I have visited this hotel on two occasions because of its excellent location. I found the staff to be friendly and extremely helpful in booking taxis and arranging my trip. They spoke English well, i would recommend this hotel if visiting Hoi An.

An amazing homestay, 1 Minute from the old city town by foot, 30 seconds to the night market. Even the homestay is in the center, you don't hear anything about the noisy market outside. The family is very kind and helpful. They give adivice if you wanna know something. My motorbike was broken and they did it in a garage to fix it. One day I had breakfast there, they also cook delicious. The room was very clean and everythin worked. Thanks for this nice experience!
