There were a lot of hiccups with the stay lacking a lot of basic amenities. We sat outside waiting to get in for an hour because they hadn’t sent us any information and seemed like they themselves were just oblivious. We had come down for a wedding yet the room was missing an iron so our friend had to bring an iron from his home so that we could iron our clothes. The staff generally weren’t very helpful calling us and saying we had to make payment on one card only when 4 adult guests
