Abbiamo passato 4 notti in camerata mista da 6. Posizione nel complesso buona ma l’unica cosa che si salva. le porte non si chiudono a chiave, due bagni misti per piano (quindi 2 water e 2 docce per piano con 4 camere per piano), i locker non sono compatibili con tutti i lucchetti, bagni sporchi e camera mai lavata nella nostra permanenza. L’ascensore emana un odore irrespirabile. Colazione a 4 euro ma non l’avrei mangiata nemmeno gratis. Non è catastrofico per un ostello, ma non vale il ...
We spent 4 nights in a mixed room of 6.The overall location is good but the only thing that saves. the doors don't lock, two mixed bathrooms per piano (so 2 water and 2 docce per piano with 4 rooms per piano), the locker are not compatible with all the lucchetti, the bathrooms are dirty and the camera is never washed in the nostra permanenza. The elevator gives off an unbreathable smell. Breakfast is 4 euros but I wouldn't eat even for free. It's not catastrophic for a hostel, but it's not worth...

Cocina muy pequeña. No se podía estar en el comedor después de la 1 am. Habitaciones cómodas. Las heladeras reventadas de comida sin espacio. Bien equipada la cocina. No hay lugar para trabajar. Una mesa muy pequeña en la cocina para todos los huéspedes.
Very small kitchen. you couldn't be in the dining room after 1 am. comfortable rooms. the refrigerators burst with food without space. well equipped kitchen. no place to work. a very small table in the kitchen for all the guests.
The common areas were incredibly small - it was impossible to get through without bumping into someone. The rooms were also tiny with a weird atmosphere. The crowd was not great for young travelers. Worst part was the poorly designed bathrooms. The shower stalls weren’t sealed from the bottom so the bathwater from person next to me would come into my stall no matter which stall I used. Plus half of the bathrooms were out of order, and there was no place to keep our things so they would get wet...
No idea how this place is so highly rated. Probably worst hostel I’ve been to in Europe. Dark, dirty bathrooms with no mirrors and bar lighting in toilets (need phone for light).. My blanket was crusty, they just refold them between guests. Kitchen and fridge filthy. Creepy older men hanging out (are they even guests?). Room very small (four beds with small alley) and no curtains so house across can see you change. Family meal is tragically bad, and I saw someone serve dropped food.
Would not recommend. The rooms do not have air conditioning despite stating that they do. The rooms smell awful. The lockers where I wanted to store my belongings smelt particularly bad of body odour. The bed was very uncomfortable and caused me to wake up with back pain. Staff weren’t particularly friendly. The hostel is not in a convenient location as it is far from any shops or restaurants.
Awful. least hygenic room i have ever stayed in. The room was disgusting had a dank and foul smell. There was a messy and smelly digital nomad living in the bunk under me and had been there for several weeks as he told me. ButBut the real kicked is that THEY DO NOT CHANGE SHEETS BETWEEN GUESTS. my sheet had sour smelling crusty stains on it and other people i spoke with staying said they had similar experiences with the sheets. i dont think they have actual cleaning staff besides the volunteers.
Los voluntarios hacen una excelente labor, David deUSA hizo una cena muy rica, y la chica Argentina también hizo unos ñoquis muy buenos. Solo tengo una recomendación directa al administrador, pues la puerta de mi cuarto y el del lado en la planta principal tiene constantes bloqueos y no funcionan la tarjetas para entrar, incluso el voluntario cambió la batería pero siguió fallando. De resto está muy bien
The volunteers do an excellent job, David deUSA made a very rich dinner, and the Argentine girl also made some very good ñoquis. i only have a direct recommendation to the administrator, as the door to my room and the one next door on the main floor have constant locks and the cards to enter don't work, even the volunteer changed the battery but it kept failing. de resto is very good
Los chicos de recepcion muy amables. Al llegar hay un cartel que te avisa que no se hacen cargo de los 'robos', deje un monton de comida en la alacena y que paso? se robaron todo, tambien una chica (no limpieza) entro en nuestra habitacion con su tarjeta y no era de nuestro cuarto, asi que si te hospedas aqui no lleves nada de valor que te lo van a robar y ni unas disculpas por parte del personal. La cocina es muy chica y se llena porque organizan cenas para 30 personas donde claramente entran 1...
Very nice reception guys. when you arrive there is a sign that warns you that they do not take care of the 'robberies', leave a lot of food in the cupboard and what happens? they stole everything, also a girl (no cleaning) came into our room with her card and she was not from our room, but if you stay here you do not bring anything of value that will be stolen and no excuses from the staff. the kitchen is very small and it fills up because they organize parties for 30 people where clearly 15 peo...
Weird atmosphere, unwelcoming common area, unpleasant dorm rooms. Did not feel like staying there.

As an English person it didn’t feel like there was many English speakers to talk to. Probably very good if you speak Spanish All staff speak English, just the guest don’t seem to be as easy to become friends with as most were Spanish
El hostel es súper recomendable. Es muy lindo y muy limpio. Uno de los mejores hostels en los que me alojé. Lucía y Sofi hicieron que mi experiencia fuera excelente, unas genias. Volvería sin duda.
The hostel is super recommended. it is very nice and very clean. one of the best hostels i have stayed in. lucia and sofi made my experience excellent, some geniuses. i would definitely come back.
the location is great and good price-quality relation. Everything was clean and the personel super chill and helpful about what to visit(: would stay here again!
Solid hostel. Location was alright, close enough to major attractions but kind of in a weird alley (not sketchy at all but not a pretty/touristy area either). The neighbours blasted catholic radio from their window in the morning. Rooms/bathrooms were on the smaller side, so space is tight but the locker was big enough for my suitcase and backpack. Nice atmosphere with some good activities. Family dinner was a good way to meet people but get a snack to supplement. Staff were helpful and friendly
Rooms were very quiet and super comfortable. Not the most social hostel from what I could tell, but a very nice place to stay. Would recommend!
I enjoyed my stay. Although I was hoping it was a bit more closer to the city Central but overall still a good placement. Bunks were average. The bathroom floors are very slippery! The front desk receptionists were always helpful. Everyday they do free dinner for the first 30 people. I wasn’t able to make it but it’s a nice gesture. This is a very social hostel if this is something you’re looking for!
L ambiance esr vraiment bien. Lea gens sont sympathiques et accueillants. Pas nécessairement prêt de tout, mais à moins d une quinzaine de minutes vous y ètes. Tout dépendant dans quelle chambre vous êtes , il n y a pas de salle de bain (du moins, la mienne) et elle peut être situé au bout du couloir(ce qui était mon cas), donc pour les gens qui onttendance à se lever la nuit, c est à ne pas oublier
The atmosphere is really good. The people are friendly and welcoming. Not necessarily ready for everything, but unless you are there in about fifteen minutes you are. Depending on which room you are in, there is no bathroom (at least mine) and it can be located at the end of the hallway (which was my case), so for people who tend to get up at night, it is not to be forgotten

The fabulous staff is all genius, all clean, super loving and very good atmosphere.
Shared bathrooms with the whole floor. Beds are like a little box, there is no possibility to buy drinks in the hostel. The rooms are small, apart from a small locker you don't have anything else to store. I joined their pub crawl, it was mainly staff members, it was a joke and needs serious improvements.

Um hostel com uma ótima infraestrutura. Banheiros espaçosos e fora do quarto (muito mais conveniente do que no quarto que incomoda o resto das pessoas. Cama confortável, com cortina para privacidade. Staff muito simpático e solicito. Teve um free dinner quando estive e foi ótimo para socializar. Recomendo!
A hostel with a great infrastructure. spacious bathrooms and outside the bedroom (much more convenient than any room that bothers or rests people. comfortable bed, with curtain for privacy. very friendly and solicitous staff. had a free dinner when I was summer and was great for socializing. recommend!
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. It could be cleaner, and the bathrooms are a bit small. Apart from that, there are cool activities and it’s a great place to socialize.

From the staff to the environment this hostel has been my favourite during my one month Spain trip. This is a place I'd come back to and the best Black Swan Hostel.
I loved my experience in the hostel. Not only is the place awesome, but the staff is as well. Sofia and the whole staff were very kind in planning the events for us. I would definitely come back there.
Super endroit, très bien placé pour être proche de tout. Il y a pleins d’événements qui rend facile les rencontres. Mais surtout merci aux repas gratuits le soir qui sont non seulement délicieux, mais parfait pour rencontrer et discuter avec du monde. Tout le staff était cool et aidant, je recommande!
Great location, very well located to be close to everything. there are plenty of events that make dating easy. but especially thanks to the free meals in the evening which are not only delicious, but perfect to meet and chat with people. all the staff was cool and helpful, I recommend!
