Staff is very freaking rude. The rooms are so bad. We got a dorm and it’s stinky and nasty. We got a private room, and the ac is not working. The receptionist won’t give us back our 5 usd deposit because we didn’t bring back our towel before 10pm. Which is an unusual rule that no one told us about. Please do not book this hostel.

Mattress were uncomfortable, No ventilation in the room neither in toilets. Had to change after my initial booking with them Location is good, staff was friendly and welcoming

Beware of this hostel. I was charged twice for my booking, once when I booked, and again upon my arrival. I showed evidence via my bank statement that I had already paid, and multiple staff members refused to accept this and charged me again. On top of paying twice for my booking, the A/C hardly worked, the room was muggy and the bathroom smelled horrible. But hey, there’s a pool. Find somewhere else to stay.

I was really disappointed to understand that people in Cambodia just want to cheat on me with money. When I arrived they give me not the correct change. I should asked for having it.

At the Siem Reap Pub Hostel, I felt threatened, scared, and extremely uncomfortable. The manager was horrible and dis***ing. He physically intimidated and assaulted my friend. The staff couldn’t find the key that was left in the towel. The manager kept screaming “find me the key!” The manager lunged at my friend, repeatedly trying to corner him with his staff, while his wife ripped off my friend's shirt, leaving it broken.

A normal hostel but one of the members staff is really rude. They ensure me when I left the deposit that I will have back my 5$ dollars in dollars as I need to cross the border in Laos. I asked 3 times about to the receptionist. When I requested my deposit back , the staff justify that he doesn’t have dollars when I was seeing he had others for other customers and he cannot found mine so gave me riels and argue with me telling me that I can buy snacks on the way. Not nice and not correct

Please don’t not stay at this hostel if you are a female traveling on their own, we had two girls traveling with us that were getting looked at by a group of strange men who were friends with the owner and we think taking photos while they were in there bikinis! When we told the staff nothing was done about it on multiple occasions!!! I had a wonderful stay in the hostel, nice and kind people, Soviet Hut really helped me there, nice guy and really welcome me… all of the staff where so helpful, from the reception to the bar, and very nice guests inside also!!! Recommend it for a peaceful time, nice trips and some sun time By the pool!!

Great product for the price. Nice outdoor space and pool area. Wasn’t really a social scene of people meeting eachother. Major drawback was the bunks not having curtains and the mosquitos being really bad. There were other reviews about this that I disregarded but this was the most bites I’ve gotten all trip. Seems like an achievable fix from management. Also, AC in rooms isn’t amazing but good enough but it shuts off 12-2 everyday which makes some sense

Was an amazing experience. The staff was very open and helpful, especialy Duk. Had a good time there.

The all staff were super helpful! They were up all night and able to fixed the bathroom in the same day and helped me book everything I did throughout my stay. The pool was lovely and relaxing and the laundry service was very good value and quick.

Great stay, the dorm and beds are clean, hot shower. There is a nice swimming pool and staff are lovely and helpfull, particularly Sophea and Tika, thank you !

Stayed 5 comfortable nights here. I was on the top bunk in 12 bed female dorm, which had actual bunk bed mattresses and plenty of space to move around and sort your things. Each bed has a generously sized locker and you pay a small deposit for the key. There are two toilets/wetroom showers in the room with reliable hot water. Staff are very helpful and sim cards/tours are reasonably priced. Has a decent restaurant but cheaper (and better) options are right around the corner.

It did the job and, at a price like that, you can’t complain. + Friendly staff + Great value + Good location + Pool (both kinds) is good + They asked if I wanted a lower bunk… - …the lower bunk was a mattress on the floor - Not hugely social: bar closed at 10 my first night

Lots of potential and good common areas.... If you love mosquitoes - this is the place for you. not sure if it's the standing water from the plants or the water system but they were everywhere. Always around my bed, couldn't go to the bathroom without being bitten and couldn't sit in the communal area without being eaten either. Massive shout-out to the new guy Lelay and all the other staff who were lovely though.

Got bed bugs :( other than that the location was good, price was good, vibe was chill. Got a private room which was cool. Some of the rooms had bugs all over

Très bon hostel à 5min à pied du centre, la piscine est agréable attention quand même bcp de moustiques. Pas de rideaux aux lits mais matelas confortable et casier à clefs pour ranger les affaires. Personnel hyper agréable et souriant.

O hostel é no centro da cidade, super agradável, calmo, não tem muito clima de festa para que procura isso. A esquipa é excelente, queria agradecer ao Duk e ao Kea que sempre se prontificaram a ajudar quando precisei, voltei por uma segunda vez ao mesmo hostel e voltarei sempre que precisar!

Hostel is in a great location - the main issue for us was there seemed to be an issue with flies. We stayed on the top floor and there was lots of flies in the hall and in our room. We had lots of dead and alive flies in our room
