+ The property was located in a beautiful natural surrounding and was close to Old Manali Market
- 1. The property is very poorly planned where there was no indoor common area even at -5 degrees. We had to sit outside for cafe food or even to hangout which was very difficult 2. The new property manager was rude and not hospitable at all. He gave our beds which we had paid for to someone else at night and we had to stay without a room in the morning when we arrived. He gave us a heater as "complimentary" which didn't compensate that we had to wait outside in freezing cold weather. 3. The rooms were dirty, not deep cleaned regularly and very small storage space for luggage which meant the whole room floor was scattered with luggage. The dustbins were not emptied out regularly and neither were the washrooms cleaned regularly.

+ The place was good and clean.
- Could've provided soap or body wash and the bedding to sleep in the cold weather of Manali could've been better. And also don't miss to add three pawns and rook in your chess board ;)
+ Staying at Whoopers is always good. As expected the place was clean and the facilities were nice. Even the staff was cooperative.
- It did not matter much but the kitchen was not operative. I wouldn't call it negative it might already have been operative by now.

Worth every penny. Off season, still lovely nights on with the staff and few guests. A shortcut led you right to the main road in Old Manali. Female dorm clean and good, a bit cold though. Loved it!
+ The Whoopers Property as always never dissapoints. The Host Amit is very friendly and took care of everything properly. Would love to come back
Had a good experience at Firefly Hostel. Dorms are clean and the staff is welcoming. Met some great people, loved the rooftop common space. They have 3 cats at the property. Would definitely stay here again.
+ The Panoramic & mesmerizing view from the Balcony is mind-blowing 👌

I initially came to Firefly for only 2 nights, but this property is so incredible that I stayed almost for a month. It doesn't feel like a "hostel" but a community where welcomes you like home. The Rooftop and Balcony view is so beautiful that you can just sit there the whole day, enjoy the view and the amazing food of the kitchen, while chit chatting with other travelers and locals. The rooms are simple but bright and comfortable and has everything you need. The staff are super friendly and car...

Amazing management and the host has such a great sense of finding ways to make your trip fun! Whether it is great food recs or taking you on a hike! Will recommend staying with firefly 11/10 🫰🏻
