+ Location was good. Love my room and everything was working very well. I get the comfy I needed throughout my stay. The lady in the front desk was the kindest and she accommodated me since the day I got in. Everything is very close.
- I’m not supposed to give 1. No one deserves that. But if this helps call the management to make sure all their staffs are handling their guest properly, then I’ll leave it as is. The guy who works night shift was fine when he helped me with the check in. My total room before tax was 160. I also paid for the mandatory 50MYR deposit which I expect tk be refunded after check out. So in total i paid over 200-ish MYR (paid in cash) Just to make sure I extended 1 more night thru the front desk for the night of dec 9th. On the december the 10th. The nice lady accommodated me. Everything went perfectly great! I paid my one night extension using my card + 10MYR cash for the tax. No problem. I booked extra 3 nights thru Agoda. From dec 10-13. Everything went smooth the lady confirmed and i got the same room. During checkout. I was having a hard time communicating with the same guy who checked me in. I was in rush coz my grab was waiting and it was raining so bad. He can’t speak well coz maybe got some condition I don’t know. Which is understandable. I remained calmed and nice. I asked for the deposit but he was unsure and told me i didn’t pay it and he will call the manager. I was running out of time as i was catching a morning flight so i left without my deposit.

- 入住的房型和定的房型不一样，床和房间太小了。 入住吧台员工收了我50马币的押金，我退房的时候不承认收入我50马币押金了，着急赶飞机。等于被店家坑了我50马币。

- Fuyez! Très bruyant et vétuste! (Photos qui n’ont rien à voir avec la vérité) Impossible de dormir, les draps sont dans un état plus que douteux, les serviettes sentaient le moisi, la Clim ne doit pas être entretenue! Nous avons demandé un changement de chambre à cause du bruit (chambre côté rue)on nous a répondu que c’était plein! Or nous avons croisé que quelques couples, quelle mauvaise foi! En bref, c’est le pire logement de notre voyage, nous sommes resté 3 nuits et étions prêtes à partir avant!
+ The location was great - you can walk to chinatown and there are many nice restaurants.
- The room smelled terrible! There was no window so it was very wet and moldy! I moved out after a few nights because the smell was so bad and the mold is very agressive.

- Mirosul in camera era ingrozitor, prosoapele erau galbene si mirositoare, lenjeria de pat veche si murdara. Am ajuns tarziu la 2 noaptea si nu am avut posibilitatea sa mergem in alta parte la ora aia. Am dormit pe prosoapele noastre. A fost o experienta ingrozitoare. Nu recomand I do not recommend, everything was dirty and smelly, the sheets and the towels were yellow. The worst experience ever. Thank god that we only stayed for one night. For this price you cand find better.

- Ar condicionado partido, quarto sem cortina decente para tapar a luz da janela, e o pior: fiquei num quarto onde se ouvia todo o tipo de barulhos durante a noite vindos das traseiras do hotel,, o que fez com que não dormisse 1h seguida... Muito mau.
The hostel pretty much only gets potion on location and staff. Small room and small beds. Not so backpacker friendly since there is not a cost place to meet. The roof top is okay, but needs improvement.
+ I checked in on 19/01/2025. The behavior of the front desk employee was unacceptable. Everyone may carry their own frustrations or inferiority complexes, but they cannot project them onto random people—customers they encounter at work. With an air of superiority and a dismissive attitude, he created an unpleasant experience—but that wasn’t even the worst part. He requested an additional payment on top of the amount I had already paid, allegedly for government taxes, and insisted on cash only (refusing card payment for obvious reasons). When I explained that this was not valid because the tax had already been included in the booking, showing him the detailed breakdown on booking.com, he pretended not to know which agent the reservation had been made through and told me he would contact them. Naturally, once he realized his story wouldn’t hold up, he never followed up. I wonder who manages this particular hotel and if they are aware of this behavior. P.S. In complete contrast, the lady at check-out on 22/01 was extremely professional and respectable.

The rooms and showers/bathrooms are outdated and need a series revamp/clean. While the beds were clean and comfy the room itself was tiny, like a box room as were the lockers- kinda of like shower lockers with little space for bags on the floor. Lady on reception was lovely and chatty, reception is open 24/7 so felt safe. But male staff entering to clean the room were creepy and didn’t speak much- do think they need to correct this so people understand why a strange man is in their room.
Good value hostel with comfortable and private beds right in the centre of KL, and within walking distance of all attractions. Staff were friendly, and despite small dorms it ended up being quite social. A great addition would be some standing umbrellas/cover for the outside social area, as rain and intense heat are both common, making the area hard to use.
Great staff. Great rooms. Regularly cleaned. Good location besides a few drug addicts and homeless in the area. Don’t let that stop you from coming here

Fantastic hostel/hotel. Lady on reception was extremely friendly and even gave us a totally free upgrade for the whole 4 nights
+ Bequemes Bett (aber nur ca 1,8 m lang). Gute Lage, direkt neben einem Hawker Center.
- Zimmer war sehr klein und deswegen mit 2 Koffern eine kleine Herausforderung.

+ The staff! The beautiful kind lady in the morning gifted me her pencil (i was going to buy one) and helped with booking a ride to the bus station so that I wouldn’t be late! She even told the driver about making sure to be on time! The gentleman in the evening is very handsome and polite. The rooms don’t have any additions like tooth/brush/paste, or a hair dryer. The rooms come with towels..and im sure there’s a hair dryer downstairs if you need to borrow one. This keeps their costs down and many high end hotels don’t even offer these and still charge an arm and a leg!

I recommended
+ The manager Samantha was very kind and welcoming. I loved the staff members who were working there. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The room was nice for a budget hotel. The location was nice and many places are in a a walkable distance.
- There are no windows but at least the air conditioning in my room worked well. There needs to be bigger bins to put trash as there is only one in the bathroom and it’s tiny. The shower water wasn’t very hot and the water pressure was average.

+ Ausgesprochen nette Inhaber!! Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Check-In rund um die Uhr. Sehr leckerer, kostenloser Kaffee. Große Dachterrasse. Alles super: könnte sich ganz klar zu unserer Lieblingsadresse in KL entwickeln!

+ A reliable good place to stay with great staff - I've stayed many times over the years visiting KL.
- A new nightclub has recently opened next door playing loud bass music most nights from 10pm-3am. So the loud booming music combined with loud patrons outside until 3-4am makes it very difficult/impossible to sleep in some rooms. So you need to pick your room carefully if loud noise all night bothers you. So sad since this was my default place to stay for years. I hardly slept this 4 night stay.

+ 酒店的位置非常好，旁边就是地铁站。徒步到双峰塔大约20分钟左右，前台工作人员热情。房间小没窗户但格局还不错，有空调 热水很好。
- 房间里没有水，没有水杯。每次都要去一楼打水。有的麻烦～
