Sunflower City Student Hostel & Bar

desaconsejo vivamente la habitación individual con baño privado, está literalmente al lado de la puerta del baño compartido de 9 habitaciones, es imposible descansar por el ruido. En el baño privado no hay bidet y la ducha inunda todo el piso del baño y se moja el inodoro. Todo el edificio tiene un fuerte olor a comida que se impregna en la ropa. En la primera noche unos huéspedes hicieron karaoke hasta la la media noche, con ruido y gritos, el staff me dijo que no podía hacer nada.

A Spanish-speaking staff member told a one-sided, distorted version of a situation involving me to other guests, painting me in a bad light and provoking unnecessary discussions. He didn’t speak English and made no effort to communicate, not even using a translator. He even insulted me by telling to guest that iam an “idiota.” Probably a volunteer, but professionalism and humanity are still essential. Me and my two friends stayed here for two nights and left covered in bed bugs. We at first thought they where just mosquito bites but after inspection from a doctor, due to our concern for these bites not going away we discovered them to have been bed bugs we received during our stay here in Rimini.

The location by the beach is like a 15-20 min walking from the center. It is in a safe location. Even though the staff was very nice and helpful, the hostel was unfortunately not clean. They upgraded us to a room of 4 which was used by two students living there. The room was super messy, smelly and dirty. I wish the hostel can precise in the description that during the year, there are students living there and not a backpacking spirit as it is described.The hygiene really need to be reviewed

Siamo finiti qui intorno a ferragosto e possiamo dire: pochi spazi in comune, troppo piccoli per tutti gli ospiti, nessuno spazio all’aperto se non all’ingresso direttamente sulla strada. Cucina poco invitante e male organizzata, senza parlare del nostro bagno. Not clean rooms! Really warm and bad with no air con The shower was horrible and broken so water all over the floor.

I was disappointed by this place. I expected a fun hostel and a very social hostel as was advertised and it was not. I expected to meet a lot of people and for there to be activities but there wasn't, so I would have preferred to stay at the other one with more activities and more socially-traveler-friendly. Our toilet didn‘t flush properly, the ventilator was extremely loud and everything seemed a bit dirty and trashy. The pictures must be from a different sunflower hostel. But on the good side, the staff was the best, everything worked smoothly, and the location was great.

La doccia e il wc sono la stessa cosa. Cioè letteralmente la doccia sta sopra il cesso e puoi lavarti mentre ci stai sopra. Letti parecchio scomodi. Personale super.

Good location, great city, good kitchen. But I would recomend for anyone visiting during late spring it's better to come for one night for the social experience then stay longer in the hotels since you can get a private room for the same price this time of year in the hotels near the sea as a bed in these shared rooms. Great place to meet other travellers but might as well stay in nicer hotels almost for the same price this time of year.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunflower City, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The facilities were as described and the location was perfect.

A shelf/light in the bed would be a good addition. The common area did not feel homely or welcoming at all. Seemed to be lots of students living here so a weird vibe for a hostel. Super close to station and bus stop to San Marino though.

A small hostel, fine for two nights but probably wouldn’t stay longer. You had to take a shower on top of the toilet, so that was a bit inconvenient. The beds were fine and the staff were nice. I was lucky to stay on a Saturday where they had a free pasta dinner, that was definitely an extra plus.

struttura accogliente con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, comoda la possibilità di posticipare il checkout dalle 10 alle 13, e di poter riporre i bagagli in un armadio per la giornata.

Trattandosi di un ostello è abbastanza vivibile. Consigliato

the shower floods the bathroom and the toilet was in the shower, small place but the people were lovely and it was perfect for a quick stay, would recommend for a night or two

Very good atmosphere. A smaller, more homey hostel where it's easier to meet people. Close to the bus and train station and just a short walk to beach

Nice place!

Walls seem to be paper thin, always possible to hear next room and everything from hallway. Kitchen was ok to use, staff was friendly. Maybe just good for a party weekend.

A nice communal area downstairs, & you could instantly tell in busier Summer months that it would have a really good vibe, with lots going on! Hot shower, & a comfortable bed.

We had such a great stay! Took advantage of the locker storage, happy hour drink prices, and free saturday pasta dinner, which all made for an even better stay in Rimini. Great location allowed us to walk to the beach, city center, and train station easily :)
