worst hostel i have ever stayed in.
Terrible management. I booked the individual room without bathroom for a few nights. There was no hot water in the building - after showering with cold water twice I went to speak to front desk and they moved me to a better room in another building - they said they would charge me the same price per night, since it was their fault. When the bill came, they’d charged me 50% more per night. I’ve sent 3 emails already asking for an explanation, they haven’t even replied. So unprofessional
Un problème de casier réglé au bout de 6 jours ne devrait pas être possible. Même pas de geste commercial. Je suis désolé mais ceci a gâché mon expérience
Nos casiers ne marchaient pas. À travers deux jours, nous avons notifié trois personnes différentes de leur attente. La première nous a promis qu'elle résoudrait le probl`ème. Elle ne l'a pas fait. Le deuxième nous a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire. La troisième nous a aussi promis qu'elle résoudrait le probl`ème. Elle ne l'a pas fait. Pas agréable. Nous avons dû choisir un hôtel. De plus, ils n'avaient pas du pain sans gluten, comme ils nous ont promis par téléphone en avance.

Auberge bien placée et les dortoirs sont agréables. Néanmoins, le casier ne fonctionnait pas et quand ce problème a été remonté, ils m'ont juste dit d'utiliser les autres.
Huge lounge area with food court which is a rare find in a hostel! Great that they do night/day events in one of the large venue rooms-we stumbled upon a fun night there. The bedroom itself was very small and felt quite cramped for two people. Toilet/shower facilities were okay, but no hooks or stools to rest your clothes on while showering. No toilet paper in communal bathroom for the duration of our weekend stay.
staff very helpful throughout my stay. bao burgers at the restaurant also tasty. though it is disappointing that you cant bring in outside food to eat there. space felt secure.
Ótimas instalações, bastante novas, e pessoal bastante simpático e atencioso. O ambiente é confortável e parece animado, mas não posso dar grande detalhes porque acabei usufruindo pouco, já que fiquei apenas uma noite e fui para ver jogos olímpicos. Localização bastante perto do Metrô, mas achei um pouco escura as ruas em volta, o que não sei se é um problema ou não em Lille. Recomendo bastante a estadia, principalmente pela ótima infraestrutura.
Comfortable and clean, I enjoyed my time here! There is no kitchen unfortunately, but the staff let you use cutlery and such from the food hall downstairs. Pretty cool little set up. Area is a bit sketch, but I never ventured out when it was dark outside.

bed was comfortable, room felt safe and secure. bar area and food court was really cool and I was happy to spend time there chilling with my nintendo switch and earbuds while eating and drinking. location is great, easily walkable to the sights. i would stay there again if I'm ever back in Lille.

Great location, very tidy rooms and lovely food court just downstairs.
Overall a very nice hostel and we had a great stay!! Very good breakfast with a lot of options. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable with curtains on the beds. Only downside was that there were not enough lockers with locks in the room.
Good property, though location could have been better. Overall great for a weekend getaway.
Everything was nice. Our private room was cozy and clean. There is a food court with a very nice vibe on the ground floor, however I was kind of missing a common area to consume my own food and beverages besides the small kitchen. Also the site claims check-in is at 15:00 when it is in fact at 16:00, but that was a minor inconvenience for us.
Probably one of the nicest hostels in which I've stayed in. - Modern, clean facilities - Comfy beds with full curtains - My 6 bed bedroom not only had its own private bathroom, but included two sets of showers, sinks, and toilets, as well as a small living area - A food court is available at the bottom floor, with events happening on a regular basis in the evenings Honestly, A+ experience - the only "downside" I can think of is the location which is not quite central; but no surprises there whe...
The double bed room are just what I need and very comfortable. Staff are friendly

Excellent séjour ! Propreté et emplacement impeccables ! Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant et l’auberge propose tout un tas de services sur place ! Je recommande très fortement ! Nous avons passé un EXCELLENT séjour !
