- Chaque client doit porter plainte pour la fermeture de l'hôtel Jost Melt Groupe Le Havre. Faites attention à vos coordonnées bancaires, à votre mail, aux femmes de ménage et à mettre en commentaire de porter plainte. Le nombre de plaintes qu'ils ont reçu aurait dû déjà les faire fermer et renvoyer les pupilles des employés de l'hotel. Les autres hôtels du havre ne sont pas mieux. Ne pas s'attendre à autre chose.

- Staff with discriminatory and racist behavior, they refused me to extend my stay because apparently I had a dispute according to the reception agent with a member of staff which’s not true. Dirty establishment which allows sexual practices in the dormitories, I could not sleep during my stay because of people next door who were having sex. I report what is happening to the night watchman who does not intervene.

Reservé por Hostelworld y la página falló, cambiando mis fechas sin darme cuenta. Escribí al hostal para confirmar y nunca respondieron. Llegamos casi a medianoche bajo un aguacero, había una fiesta con hombres borrachos y el recepcionista fue totalmente indiferente: sin soluciones, sin reembolso y exigiendo nuevos cobros abusivos, incluso una penalización que jamás aceptamos. Ambiente caótico y trato oportunista. No volvería ni usaría Hostelworld otra vez. Experiencia totalmente decep...
I booked on Hostelworld and the page failed, changing my dates without realizing it. I wrote to the hostel to confirm and they never responded. We arrived almost midnight under a downpour, there was a party with drunk men and the receptionist was totally indifferent: no solutions, no refund and demanding new abusive charges, including a penalty we never accepted.
Beds were too short (I’m 1m94), the lights by the bed made a constant humming sound, was too warm when sleeping, and this is hard to pin solely on Jost but literally didn’t talk to any other cool travelers while there.

+ Magnifique auberge de jeunesse, bien decoree, moderne, avec tous les équipements nécessaires et très propre. En plein centre ville, le tram est à deux pas.
- Une bouilloire dans la cuisine aurait été bien.

+ Accueil exceptionnel , humain et festif. Je salue toute l'équipe et le réceptionniste qui a rendu ce séjour inoubliable. Les chambres sont confortables et bien pensées. Le food street est un plus et le petit déjeuner est top. Félicitations à toute l'équipe et Grand Merci !

+ Très propre, confortable, lits avec des rideaux, salle de bains et toilettes privés, personnel sympa, bon emplacement + du thé gratuit à l'étage😊
- Pas de savon, pas de poubelle au toilette, pas de serviette (mais ce sont juste des petits détails, en général c'était très bien🙂)
+ Понравился интерьер, рядом с вокзалом. Есть кухня и большая зона для отдыха. Очень качественная мебель, чистое постельное белье.
- Сосед, который очень громко разговаривал. Хотелось бы разделения, на женщин и мужчин. Без микс номеров.
+ Le petit déjeuner c'est un festin. Très utile quand on a sept heures de train à faire ensuite. Le personnel était très sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. Je recommanderai cet établissement. Je vais tenter de découvrir les autres auberges JOST.
