Intransparente Preisgestaltung! Habe auf Hostelworld ein Bett im Schlafsaal für 31 Euro für eine Nacht gebucht. Als ich in der Unterkunft ankam, sollte ich plötzlich weitere 27 Euro für eine Mitgliedschaft bezahlen. Darüber würde online beim Buchungsprozess nicht informiert. Darum war ich vor Ort sehr enttäuscht. Hätte ich das früher gewusst, hätte ich für ähnliches Geld auch ein Hotel buchen können. Schlechte Kommunikation. Wieso wird nicht bei der Buchung auf den Mitgliedsbeitrag...

My 2 friends and I were staying at this hostel, due to lack of maintenance and negligence my friend sliced his toe open and needed stitches. The hostel failed to provide an adequate first aid kit and treated us terribly after it happened. Do not stay at this hostel.

Do NOT fucking stay here. You will be forced to join Hostel International for €18 euros! And be charged twice for it. My total cost was suppose to be €66 yet was around €100! The walls are paper thin so you can hear others outside of the room. They lock the lounge area so anyone who wakes you up at 4am will be making more noise and switching on lights in the shared room... Do NOT stay here.

A little far from the hauptbahnof, but was a nice stay for the night.

Hostel felt more like a hotel. Walls and ceiling were paper thin. This was an issue because the hostel is mostly populated by children let loose in the floor above you. They make a racket all evening and into the night, playing loud music, running and shouting - and again into the morning. Free breakfast was nice. Hostel lacked any atmosphere whatsoever. Showers were very revealing.

ich wusste nichts von der Verpflichtung Mitglied zu sein wenn mand a schlafen möchte. Wurde nicht gut genug kommuniziert. Habe also statt 50 über 70 Euro gezahlt. Das Zimmer war okay, die Matratze sehr einfach. Bett selbst beziehen. Die Zimmerkollegen waren sehr seltsam. Einer hat mein essen geklaut. Die Verpackung war am nächsten Tag angepackt in seinem Schrank. Die Brötchen beim Frühstück waren sehr trocken. Die "hausgemachte" Marmelade hat verdächtig künstlich geschmeckt. Lage ...

Rooms were pretty dirty especially the beds. I don’t mind paying for a towel and soap but the fact you didn’t even have soap was really weird.

Rooms and baths were pretty clean and staff was nice. Some points to improve: no Wi-Fi in the rooms, also there should be an electric outlet next to each bed. Breakfast had a lot of items missing by 9 am - they should refill everything all the time.

Ich bin seit 1957 Mitglied des DJH. Damals kostete eine Übernachtung 60 Pfg. Wenn schon hotelartig, warum dann nicht auch Handtücher und ein Stück Seife? Ein flotteres Küchenpersonal? Kaum vorstellbar. Fleisch schadet jedem menschen und der menschheit insbesondere: Die CO2 Emission der Landwirtschaft vernichtet Tier- und Pflanzenarten und übertrifft die des globalen Verkehrs. Darauf hinzuweisen und Wurst nicht mehr anzubieten ist noch wichtiger als die Einsparung von Energie.

The breakfast is great, the location is wonderful, the staff was nice, and the place was very clean. The highlight was that there are good-sized lockers in the room that can hold everything (The lockers use a coin-lock system, so make sure to bring a one or two euro coin to use them!). The only major issue was the lack of outlets for charging phones and devices, and the bedside lamps also weren't working in the room.

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, angenehme Atmosphäre.

Die Matratzen waren extrem dünn, sodass ich im EZ auf zwei Matratzen schlafen musste. Dazu haben mir gesündere Vollkornprodukte beim Frühstück gefehlt. Die hellen Brötchen waren unterstes Niveau

Aufenthalt war bis auf nächtliche Ruhestörung Sehr schön, ein bombastisches Frühstück hat vieles wieder gut gemacht!

Sehr schöne Herberge in gehbarer Entfernung zum Zentrum. Tolles Frühstück . Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leider wurde die Nachtruhe nicht eingehalten. Auch gibt es wenige Parkplätze ( kostenpflichtig).

Very clean, orderly and functional. I was there during the weekdays a quiet week in November. I missed communal areas. The restaurant was nice though and breakfast buffet delicious.

This was a great place to stay! I loved that each room has a balcony and each person has a full sized locker in the room that comes with a key to unlock it. The only downside to the stay was the clear shower doors that anyone with a keycard can get into the room and see you showering.

A great place to stay in Augsburg. Good proximity to the old town and great facilities on site.

Good location good hostel. Not the most social hostel but it’s clean safe and in a good spot. So id definitely recommend

Central but quiet location. My single room was nice and clean. It featured an en-suite bathroom with a good shower, and even a balcony on the back, facing other houses in a privacy-friendly distance. The interior was reminiscent of the 90s/2000s, but certainly not a deal-breaker at 45 €/night without DJH/HI membership. The free breakfast buffet was a highlight. War zum 2.Mal dort. Alles perfekt. Zimmer mit Balkon, ruhig. Frühstück exzellent!!

Fehlender Kopfkissenbezug. Sobald im Zimmer Licht brennt, von den gegenüberliegenden Wohnungen tlw. sogar der Strasse direkter Blick ins Zimmer. Beim Frühstück hat ein Mitarbeiter ohne Handschuhe bzw. ohne Händewaschen direkt das vorbereitete geschnittene Gemüse mit den Händen von Schüssel zum Servier-behälter umgefüllt und diese in den Büffettbereich stellte. Ohne Händewaschen oder Handschuhe danach Brot geschnitten und mit der Hand das geschnittene Brot im Brotkorb plaziert.
