I had a great experience staying here! Staff was super nice, great dorms and just in general a nice vibe. Kitchen was clean and the location was nice. Would recommend !

The location and staff are nice, but our private room on the bottom floor was so humid and smelly that we were so happy to leave after just one night

Unfortunately the WiFi was very bad (it didn‘t even work at all in our room), the ac didn’t work, the taps barely worked (they were completely calcified), there was no warm water in the shower and the towels smelled like a cars exhaust. The pool area was nice however.

Worst hostel experience. The female dorm was a humid, windowless cave, nothing like the pictures. Upgraded to a pricier room, promised a discount but paid more than Hostelworld rates. The room had no hot water, mold, and a broken faucet. Noisy! Loud common areas and staff ignored silent hours. Breakfast was included but ran out quickly, with no refills despite claims. Booked a tour to Chichen Itza and cenotes, only to find out too late that cenote tickets weren’t included, doubling the cost...

Wouldn’t recommend this hostal to anyone, the bathroom is a joke, there’s like one toiled for 5 dorms, and if we combined with how the showers are build you have no privacy at all, you won’t understand until you are there… but the worst was the water, have such a weird smell so if you take a shower prepare to small like a sewers the rest of the day, even my pijama have a weird smell because of the sheets, I suppose they wash at the hostal with that weird water. Even if you are on a budge...

Don’t stay here! I stayed in a 6 bed dorm and it was disgusting. The air did not circulate, the room was way too small for 6 people, there was an aircon which only turned on at night but didn’t help at all. The most disgusting part of the hostel is the water. The water in the showers and sinks smells like rotten eggs mixed with cheesy smelly sauce. I needed to gag while showering because the smell was so bad! The water seems to be only a problem in this hostel. Also our laundry smelled like ...

Cash only, had to make your own beds and strip them when leaving, wifi doesn’t reach the room, dirty pool water. Only positive was free drinking water. Wouldn’t recommend, has to be something better in Valladolid.

I am not sure where the positive comments are coming from as it is the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. Staff was very rude when we arrived and ignored us for over 20min when we tried to check in. Breakfast has only one dish with eggs and ,as I could not have eggs, when I asked if I could have a slice of bred or half on banana instead they refused and given an attitude even thought they had a lot of both. Portion is less than small too. My friend who has to do some work remotely while travell...

No wifi in the bedrooms / first or second floor. Bathrooms were dirty and each gender on a different floor. AC was not working in our dorm so it was really difficult to sleep. Not enough charging ports in the room!

Goede locatie in de stad. De slaapkamer had weinig privacy, geen gordijn en geen stopcontact aan het bed. Niet super erg maar soms vervelend. Ontbijt was niet veel. Wel vriendelijk personeel.

I really like the hostel, including breakfast. Fun guys. And I really want to point out the Cooking / Drinking class we had yesterday. Around 20 people met there for cooking tacos and empanadas. Till the end it really got fun and more fun. Special shout out to Eduardo, fun guy and he gave us a lot of Tequila.

It is okay, the best part is the location and its proximity to everything. the staff are great and were lovely even when there were issues!

Great hostel for socialising (but not a party hostel), nice breakfast, great pool and communal areas. Staff were helpful in booking tour etc and friendly. Location fantastic, near loads of cafes etc and near a supermarket. Only downside was toilets / bathrooms - there were not many toilets for the number of guests and these would get blocked often. Once there were no available toilets so i had to wee in a nearby cafe. Aside from that tho LOVED it

Really loved the vibes going on here and how pretty it is. Some things were basic but I never felt that I missed anything. The breakfast and activities were also a lot of fun and really good.

Hostel with few bathrooms and too many showers. Good pool and kitchen. Well located. The property needs to improve bathroom hygiene services and build more bathrooms.

Chill staff, chill atmosphere, spacious rooms. WiFi is not the best but very functional. Super nice place to hang out and good facilities

excellent location, super friendly staff, nice pool to chill by, and a breakfast to start the day! we were only supposed to be here for a night or two, but we kept extending our stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful, there were events on every day at the hostel and we booked a great tour to chichen Itza through them. The pool area was great. The rooms could have been cleaner, the shower was leaking and the floor was constantly flooded. I did not eat the small breakfast as I didn’t like it (scrambled egg, 2 pieces of bread).

I loved this hostel! Staff was very kind. Good walking distance to sight see, eat, shop, and to the bus terminal. We felt very safe and this hostel has events and an inviting atmosphere to be social if that's what you're looking for. Relaxing and clean place. I'd definitely go back!

This is a great hostel if you’re traveling in pairs I think, I was alone and the hostel was basically empty and not a lot of socialising. The hostel is clean and well located so the value for money is great but do not expect a social atmosphere

Such a wonderful stay here, felt very well looked after an clean. The hostel helped us to rent mopeds to go around and the breakfast was so nice. Felt very homely and friendly

Prima hostel, niet heel sociaal

The free breakfast, staff, and pool were nice. However, we were in the mixed room of 6 and it felt and smelt very very damp. Tried to air it out but it didn’t help anything. Also wasn’t very lively when we were there in high season. Would probably choose somewhere else next time.

Nice Hostel with friendly staff. Only the beds aren’t the best but fine (bit cold at night) and the shared toilets aren’t so nice. But at the end a good place to stay

Very well located, lovely staff, nice activities - but definitely a bit basic when it comes to the rooms and showers. All the plugs were by the door, so phones had to be left on that side (but at least the door locked). Music is also played a bit too loudly in the evening, and could probably be a bit more chilled vibes. Some nights were SUPER social, others dead quiet, but people were nice overall and again I met some nice people. Valladolid is gorgeous and easy to explore by colectivo - don't m...

Hostel très sympa et très bien situé. Pas grand monde le soir dans les espaces communs. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet établissement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Les espaces communs sont chaleureux et variés. Le petit déjeuner est complet. J’y retournerai sans hésiter !
