Le receptionist non hanno idea del lavoro c. Si dimenticano di comunicare che la struttura si trova in ztl quindi Multa assicurata! chiedo informazioni delle fasce orarie e non mi sanno rispondere. Stanza doppia con bagno privato, si sono dimenticati sia i teli compresi nella tariffa , sia di pulire la stanza. chiediamo per la trapunta , erano bagnate e stese nell’area comune tra le sedie dove uno si vorrebbe sedere. Vado sempre per ostelli, ma questo lo classificherei come porcile.
La camera era minuscola con tetto spiovente e finestra ad abbaino piccolissima. Per fortuna avevo prenotato una doppia pur essendo sola così almeno avevo un po’ di spazio in più, in due quel loculo è improponibile. Ho fatto la doccia fredda, l’acqua calda non c’era. Ho chiesto se potevo lasciare il bagaglio all’arrivo mi è stato detto che non c’erano problemi che potevo lasciarlo alla reception che c’era sempre qualcuno, invece era incustodito e pure a pagamento. Un hostel tout simplement catastrophique Acceuil déplorable, propreté inexistante, punaise de lit avec piqûre Bref rien ne va J'ai demandé un remboursement pour compensation pour les punaise de lit mais impossible le personnel vous rigolez au nez Juste scandaleux a fuir !!!
Los baño estaban bastante sucios. No llegué a ducharme con agua caliente. Las camas eran bastante malas, si te movías un poco, movías toda la litera.
Worse, 25€ al giorno e la posizione del ostello è molto lontano da stazione centrale, non ci sono le bus neanche qualche altro mezzo per arrivarci. Ho dormito alle 2 di notte e per forza dovevo alzarmi alle 8 di Matt per il checkout, non si può farlo più tardi quasi verso le 10 o 11. La mia esperienza è stata terribile.
Some of the staff members were really rude! The location is the only good thing about the hostel is the location. I wouldn't stay there again.
Acho que tem lugares melhores para ficar, o quarto não foi limpo de um dia para o outro, a cama não era confortável, banheiro pequeno e o ar condicionado não funcionava de forma adequada
AWFUL. They didn’t have running water, they said it was bc of a problem in Central Catania but it was not true. The bathroom smells terrible. The bed mattress couldn’t be more uncomfortable, you can feel every spring in your back. They closed the kitchen at night but didn’t warn us, and we had to leave really early, so we couldn’t have our breakfast. The staff was pretty hostile too. Go wherever else, but don’t stay in this hostel, it’s one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever bee...
BED BUGS, RUDE CLEANING STAFF, STRANGE VIBES. The staff were unnecessarily rude when I arrived. I tried to cancel my stay after this but I was told that it was just the cleaning staff. Even worse I got bed bug bites here and reception didn’t care. I should’ve read the other reviews, several mention rude cleaners and bed bugs. Photos don’t match reality, no real atmosphere. Wish I had spent €5 more for a better place. My worst hostel experience after over a year traveling.
There was bags on the bed and the day after all my body was with bites that I needed do go to the hospital. (I have pictures of the bags)

I woke up covered in Bed Bug Bites I think. I was so worried about infestation I tossed a bag, granted it was old.

The cleaning lady bells like a dog in the morning.
Se fue el agua, hubo ruido hasta la medianoche sin que nadie del hostal pidiera silencio para los demás residentes, el trato de los recepcionistas no muy cordial
They take care of the cleanness of the facilities but still along with my brother we left with bad bedbugs bites. I discovered them only on our last night when one of them was climbing on my towel. In a peak I was covered with 42 inflamed and painful bites for a few days. I couldn’t speak with anyone as no English speaking stuff was available on a check-out morning. I emailed the hostel regarding this and never heard back.
An okay Hostel, definitely not more than that. The matresses are very uncomfortable, i could feel every spring. Doesn't seem to be a good place for Backpackers, most people that i met there were working remotely or only stayed for layover. Some were also pretty creepy! Might have been the time i was there but if you're planning to spend some time in Catania (which i would highly recommend!) this might not be the best choice. After all it was okay for 2 nights but not a place to socialize.
Nice hostel and better than expected for the cheap price. Good location, very clean and good rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is big just missing some essentials like a microwave but overall a good athmosphere and the outdoor area is chill too. Definitely recommend for staying cheap in Catania.

Great hostel.
The location felt a little bit dodgy walking there at night but other than that nice and super cheap.
Ich wurde um 2Uhr morgens geweckt und musste das Zimmer wechseln weil sie das Bett doppelt gebucht haben. Wollte eine normale Rezension schreiben aber bei den ganzen Mängeln dort haben die 500 Zeichen nicht gereicht.
The staff don't speak english. The A/C does not work in the rooms, the old lady in front desk is extremely rude if you try to ask her anything and will not bother to try to understand you if you need her help. Would not stay here again.

Es un lugar que solo recomiendo si tenés que ir a dormir y hacer check out muy temprano. Las habitaciones compartidas no tienen baño privado, están por los pasillos, son diminutos y muy sucios! Las puertas de la ducha no cierran bien y se moja TODO. La recepcionista de la noche muy buena pero la de la mañana muy mala onda. "Guardan" tu equipaje al lado de la puerta a la vista de todos y te corren dsp del checkout, no podés ni quedarte ahí sentado. No hay ascensores y la seguridad es mala.
