- Erst nach der Buchung haben wir erfahren, dass der Gastgeber eine Registrierung über eine dubiose Internet-Seite verlangt, auf welcher man unter anderem ein Foto von sich und seinem Pass hochladen muss. Zudem braucht man für die Türöffnung eine eigene App. Für uns unakzeptabel! Der Gastgeber hat es dann nicht für notwendig befunden, uns vor Ort zu empfangen und wir mussten wo anders übernachten. Hier wird einfach nur das schnelle Geld gesucht. Zudem war der Kontakt extrem unfreundlich. Jeder der dort übernachtet sollte sich überlegen, was ist, wenn er ein Problem hat. Denn der Gastgeber ist nicht bereit vor Ort zu erscheinen.

Everyone who knows PIN code or has a link-easily can open the door and enter the room without your permission. - security system works bad. Neighbours room made a loud singing party two nights and owner did not know anything until I contacted him, because was impossible to sleep.Then he asked me details, which room did it and all. It’s not my job to control safeness. I’m alone and there is a party with men .You must have working camera and voice records to control whole situation. - Owner is ok to write you in WhatsApp at 22-23 pm. No ethics about business hours. Althow you replying in business hours in Booking app. - Small window under the ceiling. No air. Feels like you staying in tomb. - no sound protection. You hearing all what doing neighbours. Showering or going toilet. - no cleaning service. No one covered my bed. But on check out they asked to empty garbage bins. I’m sorry WHAT? - long black hair in my bed. Im blonde. -this is dorm for students. Not hotel not apartment. Expensive dorm which doesn’t coast. -many homeless and addicted ppl around the building.

- Small rooms one of which did not allow to open a window. Small WC and shower cabin.

- Los colchones eran malos, se aplastaban todos y se deformaban, me fui con dolor de espalda. La cama habiamos pedido una matrimonial y nos dieron 2 de soltero y con los colchones que se deformaban diferente era super incomodo. Las paredes estaban medio manchadas
+ Très bon emplacement pour visiter le centre historique de Vérone.
- Toutes les modalités se faisaient en ligne via une application (entrées dans le bâtiment et dans la chambre avec codes, cartes d'identité) et par messages WhatsApp. Ce n'était pas précisé lors de la réservation. Il y a eu beaucoup d'animation dans la chambre à côté de la nôtre jusque tard dans la nuit et comme il n'y avait aucun personnel, ce bruit a continué. La literie était très médiocre.

- la chambre étroite (très petite surface) avec une fenêtre en hauteur inadaptée par grosse chaleur et une clim inexistante; pas de changement du linge de maison pour la deuxième nuit et les lits pas refaits; parking payant (18 € la nuit). Pas d'accueil et difficulté pour trouver l'emplacement exact (numéro 3C).

+ Posizione ottimale per visitare Verona arrivando in auto (proprio appena fuori la ZTL). Parcheggio convenzionato proprio sotto l'edificio della struttura. Host disponibile nel fornire assistenza.

+ The location and the bathroom were great. Staff was very nice and polite, they offered us coffee capsules when we ran out of them.
- The window was too small and high, cant see outside or open it so the room was too dark. The “double bed” wasnt double but two singular ones put together so there was a really uncomfortable gap in the middle( not good for couples).

+ Odlična lokacija, praktično za vogalom Arene. V stavbi je delovala trgovina, vse znamenitosti so dosegljive peš. Soba je bila čista in urejena. Sistem za check-in in odklepanje deluje preko spleta, kar je olajšalo dostopnost.
- Hladilnik je starejši in malo bolj glasen. Lahko bi bila v sobi vsaj dva stola.
