Buddha Guesthouse Kuchi-kumano

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar, ca. 12 Minuten zum Strand. Der Host ist sehr freundlich und spricht Spanisch, was uns gefreut hat. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, aber zwei Ventilatoren. Alles war sehr sauber. Besonders hilfreich: Er hat uns mit einer Maschine zum Trocknen der Schuhe gerettet, nach dem Kumano-Kodo-Trail kamen wir mit nassen Schuhen und Kleidung an. Küche voll ausgestattet.

Absolutely the most cosy hostel we have had so far in Japan! Perfect located 4 min from station and 3 min from the restaurant area. Koji explained all we needed to know about Tanabe which turned out to be a very nice place. You can’t have a better start/end of your Kumano Kodo pilgrimage.

Me gustó mucho mi estancia en Buddha guesthouse. Koji, el dueño te da consejos para hacer el Kumano Kodo y te ayuda en lo que pueda. La casa me encantó al ser tradicional y la atmósfera y la decoración me hacía sentir como en una película de Ghibli 😃
