A Sunflower Stop

Quite bad value for for the money. Except the location (green point), everything else seems to be overrated. Noisy people every night and the stuff does not care about it at all, even worse, when complaining the next morning, they mentioned they were even a part of the party and noise.... Never again

The location of the hostel is perfect and the staff was very welcoming and nice. The hostel has all you need, but the dormitory were very noisy, as the door is very loud, same for the corridors …

Nice hostel. Pretty far from convenience stores, restaurants or supermarkets. The staff is polite and welcoming, but the pricing policy is awkward - if you walk in and book the room at the counter, you will end up paying 30% more rather than booking a room online. They also organize barbeque with salad and pasta where you should bring your own meat to fry

Friendly and professional staff. Great location and good value for money. 2/3 showers had blocked drains during my stay and my bed was not prepared at the time of check-in, which Jono quickly resolved.

Great hostel in a nice area with very friendly staff. Definitely worth staying there. The pool area is nice, but at night there were too many people smoking, so personally I couldn’t enjoy it as much. Showers, lockers, and plugs all work perfectly, and the kitchen area is spacious and comfortable.

The staff were kind. As a woman, I would not stay here again. There are only co-ed dorms. I had a guy that always snored. Also I someone stole my power bank, the staff, although they were friendly, were pretty dismissive of the fact that it could be stolen. Overall, it was pretty good value for my money, but I will not choose to stay here if I had better options for my money.

I would definitely use your facility again It was perfect for one night And so close to the stadium for my run I slept well I did get a fine for parking on the pavement But hope to sort that soon All the best wth 2024 And see you again for my run in 2025😁

Legendary hostel and staff. My one week stay turned into 4 because of pure vibes. The staff are professional accomodating and keep the premises clean daily. I hope to return here next year. Thanks for everything team 🫡

I loved staying at this hostel. The staff is super friendly and it‘s really easy to meet people when you’re traveling alone. Just such a nice and chill vibe! My favorite hostel I‘ve stayed at in South Africa.

I was very happy with the hostel. The staff was sooo nice, I liked the people who were there and the outside area is built up in a way which makes it easy to meet people. Beds were ok, not great.

very nice place, friendly staff, you can walk to the water point and to the harbour if you want to catch the ferry to see the Nelson Mandela prision.

It’s always easy to leave a positive review with little detail. I’ve stayed in hostels around the world and the inclusive atmosphere here is unmatched. The staff are incredible. As are the management. Thoroughly enjoyed my solo trip here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay at A Sunflower Stop in Cape Town. The staff was excellent all the way through and very communicative when we needed something. Highly recommend to any traveler looking to stay here.

Es war eine sehr schöne und positive Erfahrung. Das Hostel war unser erster Stopp auf der Reise und wir wurden direkt herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Zimmer war top genau wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und immer ansprechbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hostel nur weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful hostel with great vibes and amazing staff. Walking distance to local amenities and in safe area. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Beautiful kitchen & vibey bar by the poolside. Thank you Sunflower Stop for the amazing time. Highly recommend :)
