- Larm, beskidt, når en bevæger sig, rystede det hele. Vi fik et familie værelse med to overkøje og egen badeværelse.
We got a family room with overcoat and private bathroom.
+ The concept of paying €69 for an imaginary bed I was never allowed to lie in – inspired. Also delightful: being informed at 9 PM that dogs aren't allowed here... hours after checking in with a dog. Top-notch service: none whatsoever.
- That I was first checked in, then ignored – and finally removed from the building because someone suddenly remembered at 9 PM that dogs aren't “intended” for upper bunks. That no alternative was offered – unless you count the night pavement outside. That my booking was quietly erased, as if I were a system glitch. Spoiler: I wasn’t. I was there. I was thrown out. And I paid 100%.

- Sono tornato in questo ostello dopo due anni. Ho trovato un peggioramento pazzesco. Per 100€ a notte a testa , in camerata mi sarei aspettato molto ma molto di più. Bagno sporco. Pavimenti indecenti. Letto pieno di capelli e peli. Per la colazione ho dovuto pagare un prezzo extra. Se avessimo pagato 30€ a notte il mio commento sarebbe stato completamente diverso.
Great location, very nice location. I'm tornadoed in this hostel after two years. I found a crazy deterioration. For €100 a night per head, in camerata I would have expected much but much more. Dirty bathroom. Indecent floors. Bed full of hair and hair. For breakfast I had to pay an extra price. If we had paid €30 a night my comment would have been completely different.

- You have to be aware of the the fact that this is NOT a hotel, you sleep in a tiny room with up to 5 other people. Its filthy and dirty. You can not leave your luggage in your room since everything can be stolen since you can not lock. When I arrived to the room there was already a person in my bed!! I left immediately and booked another hotel. Unfortunately, I had already paid and was not in the mood to discuss a refund. There are plenty of other hotels in the are also at better pricing.

- The material of locker made by thin iron and the door of the locker has magnet on it that once u close the door u will make noise! Because of this there was a old Italian woman said something bad to me! Which is not my fault! Also because of this my birthday gift wallet was stolen there! Coz I couldn’t close the locker door due to the old Italian woman’s complaint! At the beginning the reception guy was helpful! But since I was in hurry and didn’t notice that my wallet is stolen that I found out it the next day! Once u called the reception, the woman’s attitude is very bad and totally not helpful! I was happy to visit Como, but they totally destroyed it!

Ostello pulito e situato in posizione centrale, con un’atmosfera giovane e vivace. Adriano è stato molto disponibile durante il check-out ed Elisa al check-in è stata altrettanto meravigliosa. Ho avuto modo di interagire un po’ di più con Elisa e ha davvero fatto il massimo, sempre con un sorriso genuino e una chiara passione per l’ospitalità. Grazie a tutto il team per un fantastico soggiorno! 😊
