It was good and clean
Super clean and modern hostel. The most security I've had in a hostel and the beds were super comfortable. I wish we would've stayed for more nights! The only downside was that I paid for a locker and it didn't end up working. They offered to keep it in the luggage room instead, but I was a little disappointed since I paid for a secure locker.
Facilities have room for improvement, although I have not particular complaint about them :)
For solo female travelers: I wouldn’t recommend this location if you are a solo female traveler, let alone a group of females. The location was 5 minutes away from the train station in Brussels which made it easier to travel to and from the Charleroi airport and to trains, however the atmosphere at night was not comfortable. This was my first solo trip and I was not comfortable walking around the area alone. I left the city center before sunset to walk:save money. Uber is best after dark.
room was clean and staff were helpful but there was a lack of storage for bags & suitcases in the room, as one would expect in a hostel
J'ai été très agréablement surprise de l'entierté du service. Personnel sympa. Grande propreté. Décoration et installations agréables, Chambre ultra nickelle! Vraiment très très bien. J'ai juste regretté le supplément de 5€ pour accéder à un casier fermé. Ce qui reste un détail. Et pourtant je reconnais que je suis une cliente relativement exigeante. Bravo!
It is a very good place anda it has different places to spend time with other people. My only criticism is that there were other guests who were very annoying and spent all day in the kitchen
The people from the hostel where nice, the people in my room where rude. The bathroom was filthy with hairs and underwair. My bed was filthy aswel with al sorts of things, the bartender didn’t give me what I orderd.

+ Très proche de la gare de Bruxelles midi, idéal si on doit prendre un train. Bon rapport qualité prix
+ Pretty central for transport options . Room was good, staff very helpful when asking for assistance . Plenty opportunities to self cater , though we didn’t use them, but decent kitchen and area to sit and eat .
- Pillows could have been firmer but personal choice from 3 of us !! Or maybe option of least 2 pillows .
+ Great location for connections since it is close to train station. Room was slightly small but comfortable and clean.
- Surroundings didn't seem very safe especially late in the evening.
