Elephant Hostel

Location isn’t the best and theres quite a strong smell of sewage on the second floor but the breakfast they provide is great and the curtains on the bed provide a nice amount of privacy.

Jamais personne à l’accueil. Les portes qui s’ouvrent avec un pass sont ouvertes toute la journée. Manque de papier wc et de savon pour les mains. Bon emplacement.

Everything worked fine, the location was nice, bed was comfy, had nice enmities, great location, near the station. Only minus is the stairs (no elevator), a bit of a pain if you have two big suitcases like I did. Everything else was really great.

Location bot far from the train station which is great. This Hostel is a little more inviting to socialize compared to other places I’ve stayed at in South Korea. Check-in was possible a bit earlier and luggage storage was provided. The rooms are equipped with privacy curtains on the beds, a little mirror, shelf and power outlets which is great. The Hostel was mainly maintained by the volunteers who seemed to be quite new at this. It’s a good place to stay at!

Great place to stay in the downtown party area of Busan. Rooms wrre a bit cramped

Good location and very secure and good facilities. However, there were loads of mosquitoes during my stay and the beds makes a lot of noise when you move about. Staff are very friendly and lockers for shoes and valuables.

I had a great time staying at the Elephant Hostel. The only thing that I truly found a bit sad is that there is no real relaxation area where you can meet other guests (the kitchens did not give off a sit down and chill energy)

This hostel has the best privacy curtains I’ve ever had. The hostel has loads of quality of life features and a lot of love went into creating this place. Both owners and the volunteers are all lovely.

It's very close to the market and train station. I didn't really have any contact with the staff, though, as they weren't there at check-in or check-out. However, when I had my laundry done, they were friendly. The hostel isn't really social; I had very little contact with other guests and ended up meeting other travellers. The room was very clean and quite spacious, which was a big plus! The bed felt like it had a plastic cover around the mattress, which was a bit weird.

Schönes, modern eingerichtetes Hostel. Alle Betten haben Vorhänge und individuelle Lichter plus Steckdosen. Die Dachterrasse und das Bad sind auch sehr schön. Und auch die Lage des Hostel ist super.

Alles war sehr gut bis auf die Matratze und Bettdecke . Es war die Hölle ( extrem hart und ist mit einer Gummischutz versehen das bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche gemacht hat ) und die Bettdecke war aus Synthetik und ohne Bezug

This hostel is fabulous! The staff were so kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean! I loved the roof top terrace and the location was perfect. Be sure to stay here when visiting Busan!

The Hostel and Staff have been perfect and the location was really good, bus stops and attractions like biff square within short walking distance. During my stay I unfortunately wasnt able to socialize that well, so if youre looking for a real social hostel as a solo traveler I recommend using apps. Would do it again anytime!🥰

I’m an older solo traveller and this was my first experience of staying at a hostel. This exceeded my expectations. The roof terrace was a very welcome additional feature

Cosy little hostel. Very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable with their own privacy screens. Showers were clean with good water pressure. Breakfast you have a selection of egg, toast, cereal, juice and coffee. Location is close to the subway and shopping area.

The hostel was great! Beds were comfy and clean. The showers and facilities were clean! Free breakfast was great and a good time to meet and mingle with other guest! Great location close to train station and a lot of the Busan attraction on south side of the city

Very close to metro & bus stops to get around Busan and close to shopping. Staff is not always there but they went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Loved the included breakfast. Only downside was the bathroom - floor is often wet and the room humid from showering...

Perfect stay. The 2 new owners went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and the other staff were incredibly helpful and generous with their time. The location was great. The hostel was clean and well maintained. As a solo female traveller, I appreciated the security, and good size lockers with locks provided. The dorm was spotless with a large clean cubby with curtain and the most comfortable bed.
