The rooms are ok, and everything is working. ++but++ On my third day spending there they moved my personal belongings (money,computer,passport). They moved it all to another room, they claim they informed me beforehand on an email at the same day- which was sent already after checkout time anyway(i was having a conversation with the guy in the reception and they didnt think of informing me or making sure i knew). The staff and the manager did not apologise and did not understand tthe problem. I�...

Bad value for price comparatively. I stayed in another hostel close by of the SAME price and it was LIGHTYEARS better in every way. If this place were priced at about half of the current I wouldn't have an issue. PLEASE take your $ to the most popular and advertised hostel of the same price and get: legit common area, AC, larger lockers, larger bathrooms, a WAY better location, free drink & free breakfast. Their cancelation policy on the app is written differently than whats on web. Confusing.

Personal nett und freundlich, Nächte sind laut, man hört jeden Schritt. Die Schließfächer sind so klein dass weder Koffer noch ein Backpack reinpassen könnte. Das Personal reinigt zwar aber alles ist so runtergekommen das es einfach unhygienisch ist. Die Betten sind katastrophal, unbequem und quietschen. Nicht nochmal.

WARNING! I booked a six-bed mixed dorm and there were actually 4 beds (2 double and 2 single). That's a scam and it brought me into a very hard and awkward situation because there was a couple sleeping right next to me. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY TO SOLO FEMALE TRAVELLERS!

We ne had many issues during our stay. The biggest trouble is the lack of a kitchen. It is the first time I see this in a hostel. The « cowork » part is very poorly equipped. There is only 2 small tables on which you are allowed to use a computer. Moreover the wifi in the room was quite unreliable. The room was small, and also poorly equipped. Moreover we did not had hot water on arrival and it took 4 days to have it fixed. This is not a youth hostel, but a cheap hotel.

If all you need is a clean bed in a well-maintained, fairly central property, then this is fine. Unfortunately they've chosen to not have a kitchen, instead having a 24h bar and cafe. The result of this is that all the social areas of the hostel are commercial spaces and no mingling happens. The atmosphere is therefore non-existent. No activities are organised to counter this. nao ha cozinha, nao se pode utilizar com liberdade o único ambiente externo que ha - o cafe, nao achei um bom custo beneficio para o viajante.

I stayed in a 16 bed dorm in what felt like a dark basement. There is no AC so it was very hot and stuffy. The mattress pads on the bed are thin, and there were quite a few strands of hair on my bed when I arrived. I was charged 90 euros for 1 of the nights I stayed there which I found to be very overpriced for a 16 bed room. The beds are close together & many people were coughing/sneezing/snoring throughout the night (not the hostels fault). The cafe/common areas were nice, & staff was lovely

Man kann kaum schlafen! Betten und Zimmertür quietschen extrem! Der Schlafsaal war unter der Rezeption, sodass man direkt über dem Kopf die ganze Nacht jeden Schritt hört. Außerdem stickig und viele Mücken! Bad war aber super und das Hostel sieht hübsch aus. Nur erholen kann man sich nicht

Very nice place to stay, everything was clean and staff was very nice. The only downside is there was no kitchen or cooking area, the low ceiling stairs in the bathroom made me hit my head once (and I'm not that tall - there was a tape, but it could be more visible or the edges could be softened), and there wasn't a very social atmosphere as a whole. But it's worth the stay.

Lots of indoor and backyard outdoor seating/spade. Easy check in. Easy Wi-Fi access and solid connection. No hassles. No kitchen.

Stayed here for four nights in the curtained bunk room. Like any shared accommodation, the quality of the experience was determined by how considerate the others staying in the dorm are. The wooden beds creak very loudly with any movement on the top bunk, the lockers are immediately underneath the beds and have finicky key locks, and the heater (?) makes loud clicking noises at random. So, I would recommend taking an upper bed to be disrupted less. The stay was totally fine the night I was there...

Mucha confusión con el pago. A través de la página de hostelworld debimos solo reservar y hacer el pago restante en el hotel pero de alguna manera se cobró todo. La recepción cerraba a las 9 pm por "seguridad" por lo que el barrio no parece tan seguro La habitación privada esta en un tercer piso sin asensor y las escaleras al ser de madera son muy ruidosas

Hermoso hostel, personal muy amable. El cuarto estaba muy prolijo y las camas se sentían muy privadas y acogedoras. Me sentí muy seguro, sentí que mis cosas estaban seguras. Si vuelvo a Porto ya sé dónde quedarme.

Excelente decoración y ambiente. Las camas y los lockers hacen mucho ruido, por lo que la comodidad en las habitaciones compartidas depende enteramente del criterio y la empatía que tengan los huéspedes. No hay cocina, refrigerador o lavandería.

Parfaitement bien situé pour déambuler et découvrir Porto. Personnel toujours agréable et disponible . L'auberge est un lieu très fonctionnel que je recommande.

Ich fand die Unterkunft okay. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und ich konnte meinen Rucksack so lange, wie ich wollte im Luggage room lassen. Mein Bus war erst spät in der Nacht und somit war das perfekt. Leider hat das Hostel keineKüche und ist nicht der einfachste Ort, um andere Menschen kennenzulernen.

No kitchen, but staff was nice enough to loan bowls, plates and utensils if needed. Limited menu, but good options.

Mi sono fermato per due notti, visita della città, personale disponibile e cordiale, ottime informazioni su trasporto, cosa visitare e cibo. Le pareti ci ricordano che non siamo soli in questo universo, ci sono altri pianeti, spunto per una nuova avventura.

Poca vibe de hostel pero era cerca de todas las atracciones, era limpio, poco lugar para colgar toallas, amplio locker. recomendable.

Hostel was really clean (they clean the rooms daily and properly) and the staff is really friendly. Only downside is that the location is a bit off but it makes sense considering the price. PS: If you’re solo traveler looking for socializing within the hostel, this is not your place to stay. I understood it from the other reviews and chose it on purpose, so no complaints on that as it was expected from my side but if you’re looking for something more alive you should definitely choose som...
