The worst place ever, staff behaviour is aggressive and unacceptable, location in dead area not central as they mentioned at all. I had to carry my 25 kg luggage 3 floors no elevator and staff refused to help and manager kicked me when I asked for low bed same ad requested in booking 3 days prior. Worst management and the staff put me in terrible bed on purpose. Sick people & horrible location

I appreciate the service but the keys for l The lockers didn't work and the lockers are too small for overseas Travellers with big bags. The breakfast time is too short, there aren't enough plug points in the rooms and there isn't any aircon. I appreciate the fan in the room but if you are on the far side, it won't work. I also didn't appreciate the shower curfew, if we want to explore Porto night life, then we cant wash afterwards. Maybe i was expecting too much

Bed bugs 🪳

The showers and toilets were broken. They have these old locks and keys which are hard to open. The common area is open only at 8:30 am, until then you are locked in - you cannot sit outside or do anything in the hostel except sleeping on your bunker or using the toilet. The older lady there kept scolding people on little things - I really didn't need my mom to be around in my late 30s.

This is the worst Hostel I have ever stayed at, and the staff are aggressive, the management completly unhelpful when told of my issues with the staff. They will lie to attempt cover their mistakes, do not stay here.

Me cobraron y solo bajo esxcusas no me dejaron pasar la noche y tuve que buscar un hostal en el momento, ademas la atención fue horrible, la encargada de hacer el check parte muy bien hablándonos en inglés y luego ya sólo hablaba en portugués y de manera prepotente, no se lo recomendaría a nadie

Muy mala experiencia, las personas de recepción son muy groseras, no solucionan los inconvenientes que ellos mismos generan, el desayuno era un bolillo con una rebanada de jamón, no hay áreas comunes utilizables.

To be fair it was clean and safe but had the worst vibes. I have never met ruder staff. We were woken up and forced out of our room for two hours for daily cleaning. All facilities close at 11pm at night. Quiet time is 10pm and is so strict that we were told off for walking down the wooden stairs without even talking. The shared toilets and showers have frosted glass walls and you can see everyone clearly while doing their business. ALSO, wifi does not work at all. Don’t recommend for your sak...

Too expensive, too many rules, closing hours for kitchen, garden, dorm etc

Had a very disappointing stay at this hostel, we checked out two nights early. This is not a social hostel. The staff at the hostel were not welcoming and our request to have baggage stored felt like it was an inconvenience. We felt like we were walking on eggshells with all of the rules and could not relax in the common areas. The shower and toilet doors had an opaque glass that was see-through, you could see people on the toilet or showering. I strongly urge you to stay elsewhere in Porto.

Das Frauenzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer ist super. Nur die Betten knarren etwas, genauso wie der Boden. Genügend Duschen und Toiletten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet um auch selbst zu kochen. Frühstück ist gut, Brötchen mit Käse und Schinken, Marmelade, Erdnussbutter und Schokocreme auf dem Tisch. Verschiedene Kaffee- und Teesorten. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auch im Garten sitzen.

J'étais dans un dortoir exclusivement féminin avec douches et sanitaires. C'était vraiment très agréable et propre. Le petit déjeuner est sympa et l'atmosphère du lieu est vraiment chouette. Le petit plus est l'aspect architectural du lieu

this hostel had a really good vibe & the poeple were very friendly - the breakfast was good, too! i also enjoyed the garden and the room was very spacious. my dorm had a en-suite bathroom, which was great!!

Très bonne auberge que je conseille, je personnel très gentil le seul soucis la barrière de la langue 🇲🇫 Je reviendrai ici si je reviens à Porto 👍🇵🇹

Boa localização, pequeno almoço simples, mas excelente e ótima limpeza dos quartos e casas de banho. A única coisa a destacar de ponto negativo é que o chuveiro não esquenta o suficiente para o inverno. De resto foi tudo pacífico e dentro do esperado.

I think a lot of negative reviews come from a place of ignorance. If you're not paying 5-star prices, why do you expect 5-star accommodations??? Yes, the bathrooms are cramped, and have fogged glass. Yes the pillows are a little uncomfortable. Yes, you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to some of the dorms. All of that seems minor to me, when you take the price into account. Terrible wifi, but lovely staff, large rooms and nice outdoor space. Kitchen had everything I needed and main city was only a 20minute walk away. Close to a station which is very helpful. Dorms kinda give a orphanage vibe though.

Gostei do pequeno almoço e do simpático staff. O edifício é bonito, mas precisa de uma atenção, nomeadamente nos parapeitos das janelas e havia muita água a vazar no WC. Faz falta luzes individuais nos beliches e cortinas nos mesmos e nas janelas. As almofadas não são confortáveis. Compreende-se respeito pelo silêncio mas faz falta um sítio comum para se estar sem restrição de horários.

Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hat einen Garten. Sie liegt unweit von der Metro

Good location, close to the city centre and the metro stations. The hostel's staff is very kind and available, and the room is clean (my only remark is that there are no sockets close to the top bed, since they are bunk beds) . The bathroom needed a little bit more of attention, after each shower there was a big puddle on the floor. In general, a great place!

If you’re looking for a social hostel I wouldn’t recommend but it was very calm and the bedrooms are nice. Bathroom situation is a bit grim as there’s no where to put your stuff when you shower and also the floor was always flooded… But overall it was good value for a very reasonable price :)

They have very strict rules, makes the stay pretty difficult, but the staff are extremely nice, breakfast is great and it is very clean :))

More like a boarding school than a hostel per say, big rule to be out of the rooms from 11am to 1:30pm! Everything in porto is walkable with some steep hills, lots of super markets around, kitchen is small tho so only one guest is cooking at once. The host is really lovely unless you are still in your room at 11 or you come back during that time. Other than that the showers aren’t as bad as the reviews mention like yes they are fogged glass but not super see through :)

Had a really nice time, the main hostess is very open and friendly, good basic breakfast, very valuable for money, would recommend :)

Buenas ubicación, no tiene elevador, no hay servicio para lavar tu ropa. Pisos de madera que hacen ruido al pisar y uno no quiere ser ruidoso!!
