it was very unclean, there was black mold and the owner was unfriendly. warm water and ac was not working

It’s a terrible place and pathetic hospitality. I reached and had absolutely no support from the staff and the owner, the room shown and booked via hostel world wasn’t available and they denied to adjust any advance paid in case we accommodate ourselves in other available dorm DO NOT BOOK if you don’t wanna spoil your experience in Pune
I had book for 4 nights and kept my luggage over there. They had not provided lockers. And two consecutive nights I had been shifted to another room and bed. And then I have to keep my luggage on my bed only to reserve my bed. Hostel is not like what is displayed in the photos. Issue with hot water. Either hot water is not available or it is available in all tabs including jet spray which is uncomfortable. When asked for the hot water hostel staff ask me to go upstairs on the terrace.
Need improvement.... stops airconditioner during day time... we pay full day and ac allowed by time.... need to change thinking....
not a good experience, no locks on doors, premium room was very basic with a broken double bed. There are better hostels around for the price. staff were nice but booking and paying for everything took too long. you can get a hotel for the same price as the private room. i only stayed for multiple days as i was ill and recovering
Stay only if you have a tight budget! Bathroom wasnt properly clean !
AC vs Non-AC is not explicitly mentioned in the app. It says AC in facilities, but a few dormitories are non-AC. Cleanliness can be improved. Mainly the mattress and bed sheets. Staff stay awake till late night and wake up late. So you will mostly have to go down to wake them up for turning on motor to fill the overhead tank and common geyser for hot water.

Nice hostel, great location, staff was friendly, common room was comfy and clean. Cons: bedsheets,pillow covers were not clean/spotless, had to ask to get them changed. soap dispenser was not filled, again had to ask them to fill it. Basically a nice place that asks for a better day to day management.

oh WOW! is what i wanna say they are really doing fabulastic work best stay i had in recent times in a hostel will surely visit again !!!
The atmosphere was vibrant and lively,making it easy to meet fellow travellers.From the moment I arrived,the warm hospitality made me feel right at home.The staff was incredibly friendly. Rooms were clean & well maintained,with cozy common room area. Loved participating in various activities organised by hostel which added an extra layer of fun to my stay. They also provide delicious food. I highly recommend this place!
Best option to stay in pune. I personally recommend this place. Nice people, nice food, nice place... Evening was nice

Maybe the best hostel I have been to in India. It really has that special vibe where you feel right at home even though you are on the other side of the world. The staff gave me a warm welcome when I arrived and was really helpful making sure my stay in Pune was very pleasant. There were always other guests in the common room ready to go out exploring or just have a drink at the hostel. Highly recommended!

Nice old school hostel in Koregaon Park. Great location for all the restaurants and shops. Owner nice and very helpful. Good chillout area. Only thing i did not like was no lockers. Recommended.
I came to stay 2 day , I was here for 17 days ! I found room to work , a back garden , and everything that I had needed! I found help ! I am very happy to be in Hostell One , where I could meet amazing friends and amazing staffs. Thanks and gratitude for all .

Clean and social hostel not far from the airport. I can highly recommend.
