another place in Rishikesh where Indian tourists are not given same treatment as foreign tourists. Dorm bathroom were disgusting with no handwash as the staff said we don't provide toiletries (even public washroom provide handwash and basic cleanliness). location is a steep hike and place doesn't provide any help (also maybe because I was Indian tourist because they started right in my eye instead offering any help) Bike rentals are 2-300 higher if u book it from the hostel. Overall 25% expensiv

This hostel is luxury and premium but they do not have social vibe. If you want new friends then this hostel is not for you.

Facilities were good and it was a calming atmosphere. You can keep your luggage in a locked room before/after check in which was really appreciated. Hygiene was ok, I had a stain on my pillow on arrival which they replaced straight away. The staff were helpful to set up tours but they were quite expensive. Not much of a hostel ‘vibe’ to meet people, more like a hotel. No help with taxis to the bus stop which was pretty useless. Very restful sleep, I was in the female dorm.

great room, beds and mattresses are confortable and spacious bathroom. they have 2 lockers per bed which is great. staff was really nice (specially Saumya). perfect location, near main tapovan. I felt safe as a woman solo travelling (female dorm). not much of a social hostel (hotel vibe).

My stay at the hotel was mostly positive, especially the location, but I encountered several frustrating issues. In the cafe, I ordered three drinks but was charged for four, which confused me since I paid for the extra. At check-in, I didn’t receive a room key, so I had to go back to reception each time I needed access. After checking out, I was asked to return a key I never received, and when I got home, the staff called multiple times asking if I had checked out and to return the key.

It's a hotel with hostel rooms as well. So, one gets to use pool facilities. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Moustache Rishikesh is amazing! The location, amenities, and most importantly the staff made my stay here fantastic. It's a very welcoming place that is well-taken care of and it shows. It's right next to the main road, it's clean, comfortable and Aashi and Alistair regularly went above and beyond to enhance the experience. Very professional yet friendly staff! The pool area is a great bonus to an already exceptional hostel. 10/10 would recommend

amazing stay for the stated budget

Stay was superb. It was very neat and clean environment. I enjoyed my stay.

Really nice stay in Tapovan, north of Rishikesh - walk into town easy or cheap by rickshaw. Lots of adventure sports offering nearby and restaurants. Dorms were comfortable

Stayed in the 5 bed shared dorm and it was spacious & clean. There was quite a bit of noise from the construction but that seems like a norm for Upper Tapovan. Did feel a bit outnumbered as a woman, as it seems a popular place for local groups of boys/men to visit. Aside from that, the staff were friendly and helpful.
