La chambre était sale : sol, étagère , table basse, porte serviette … Seul le lit et les draps étaient propres… heureusement !

This hostel has the best employees we’ve ever experienced. They were smiling and always available to help. Everything we needed they wanted to help us with. Gave us umbrellas when it rained and even gave one of my friends money to get to the airport because he did not have cash. Some days free coffee and croissants where also available in the morning. The hostel is good compared to how cheep it is a night, but a tiny bit dirty- but! They clean everyday. Don’t visit if you want luxury

There's a huge opportunity on cleanness. I would recommend the hostel only in case on emergency a day.

Really not worth the price imo. Definitely a BUDGET stay even though the price isn’t super budget-friendly. The beds were unsafe, they would literally begin to tip over when I tried to get up the ladder. The shower felt very public and the light sensors are so terrible that I just ended up showering in the dark. The whole place just has a really grunge feeling to it, not necessarily dirty but just unkempt. The location so close to the QT8 station though was good. Staff were very nice too.

Looked nothing like the pictures. Bed sheets were stained and there was hair on the bed when I first arrived. There was also no locker for me like pictured in the booking. The location was awful and didn’t feel safe. Don’t book here, just get an airbnb if you can. Front desk guy also wasn’t helpful.

The rooms looked sketchy, lighting was poor. Was in a bad neighbourhood so did not want to be out late at night. Good only if you want to go to the san Siro stadium

This was the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. They forgot to give us blankets, the room had no heater and the washroom was dirty. We asked for a refund and the owner was very rude but told us to email our information. I tried to follow up the next week and he blocked my number and we did not receive a refund. There was chaos with people staying there and the receptionist had absolutely no help trying to de-escalate the situation and her boss was yelling at her over the phone the entire time.

Just spend a bit more and go elsewhere! it's tooo far away from the city center. No cleanliness. There were lizards and roaches in the room. everything about this hostel is just so bad!

Very dirty, bleaky and felt unsafe

they have no organization when it's crowded. the staff communicates with 2 people at the same time, dissatisfied with the room, you pay, cancel the reservation at the hostel, you ask them if they can refund the money you paid at the hostel itself, they say yes, take a picture of the transaction and they will refund your money in a few days, they don't even reply to the message or refund the money

o desayuno es muy simples. y no hay cocina equipada. la cocina disponible para huéspedes solo hay un microondas, ne talleres hay. no me gusto

We loved it , especially high priced days in Milan it was best option, city life area walking distance great food choice and drinks , thanks owner he made discount us!!

Well, first of all, it looked like a prison to them from the outside. The beds were uncomfortable. The showers and rooms were shabby, and every other one was broken. The bed linen I was given was dirty. I don't know if it had been mine in the heavy rain beforehand or if it had been given to me dirty. In any case, I asked for a new one. I was yelled at. The pillow and mattress were disgusting.

Bedbugs. 20 minutes in bed, I begin itching. Another person jumps out of their bed, points out the bedbugs. Staff moves us to a new room. My clothes and backpack were exposed. Staff brought a steam cleaner to help clean our clothes. Later I saw dark specks on the mattresses in the new room. I dared not sleep. I packed up and left at 4:30am. Spent 30 € at a laundromat. Was told I’d have to apply to the manager if I want a refund. They never gave me his name. No sleep. No remuneration. No good...
