Ostelzzz Milano

Arrived and my pod was slept in and not clean. Entire room was constantly hot and smelled of BO. Toilets were often unflushed. Was sleeping and worker opened my curtain and looked in not once, but twice. Expensive for the general quality of facilities.

Ze presenteren het als een luxer concept hostel, dit is niet het geval in de reguliere kamers. Dit zijn gewoon bedden met gordijntjes. De badkamer op de gang was vies en beschimmeld. Je had geen mogelijkheden om je handdoek op te hangen. Het is schandalig dat ze voor deze accomodatie zoveel geld durven te vragen. Ik heb er uiteindelijk niet overnacht en een andere accomodatie geboekt. Dat verlies heb ik maar genomen.

Je ne suis pas satisfait de mon séjour à Hostelzzz, j'ai réservé une cabine de luxe, pour etre plus isolé des autres dans le dortoirs et ne pas entendre les ronflements. Le toit de la cabine était cassé et impossible de le fermer, j'ai demandé un dédommagement partiel par email mais je n'ai pas obtenu de réponse.

Not worth the money. It seems chique with the capsules and everything, but nothing works (light, fan, matrasses are sooo old and worn out - clean though). I only pad half price due to last minute, for the fuel price I definitely would have asked for a refund. Not recommended.

absolutely filthy accommodation, hair and dirt all over the floor. we came back to the bathroom flooding the room multiple times. staff unhelpful to clean the mess. no working air conditioning despite staff saying it was on and working. showers were cold, mouldy and dirty. lights did not turn off overnight, no doors to the pods. lockers were provided however bring your own lock. would never stay here again and could not wait to check out.

This is definitely the worst hostel I’ve stayed in so far. The whole place felt dirty. The kitchen smelled of spoiled food and there were dirty dishes piled in the sink. They didn’t clean the floors or bathroom once during my stay. The bathroom was gross, mold in the shower, the door was rotting at the bottom and missing the lock and the shower door didn’t close so the floor flooded daily, sheets were stained, the locker didn’t reset to a custom code and the tv was broken. Le porte di stanza non si chiudevano bene La cabina letto,a parte la biancheria pulita,era sudicia, una vera schifezza. La struttura è molto fatiscente. La ragazza del check in un poco altezzosa Il ragazzo della colazione il giorno dopo,al contrario,molto benevolo,gentile e sorridente. Ci vorrebbero due persone alle colazioni per tenere i tavoli e il bancone più puliti. Tende oscuranti rotte

Horrible stay. I booked a Deluxe Room, but someone changed my booking to Standard Room without any notice and gave it to someone else. The staff offered a full refund and told me to contact customer support, but they are so slow at responding, so still haven’t gotten my refund. The Standard Room has no ventilation at all when you close the curtain, so it’s just like an oven when you sleep even if the air-conditioning is on. Were some problems with the toilet (door unable to close and urine on the floor) but other than that a great hostel with free breakfast and a nice ououtdoor lounge

Bathroom was a bit nasty and one worker was pretty unfriendly but otherwise i had a good experience. In total i'm happy. Cool concept.

Loved the privacy and cleanliness of the pods (very clean bathrooms too) and beds were quite comfy but be aware that if you're tall you will struggle getting changed/generally moving about as they are very small. The staff on reception were lovely but the room didn't feel secure as when I arrived back at my room each time the door to the room was unlocked and the locker in my pod didn't lock properly so recommend to take your valuables out with you. Not a social hostel at all, I barely saw any...

I loved that they offered free breakfast! I was expecting a more private capsule-style setup, but it turned out to be a shared room with six other people, and it could get quite noisy at times, especially with people moving around in their capsules. The bathroom lighting was quite dim, and the showers weren’t the best, though still decent overall. The location was fairly convenient, not too far from most places, which was a plus.

Ho soggiornato dal 17 al 19 novembre in una capsula femminile. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, ma capsula e infissi polverosi. Bagni puliti ma doccia con calcare e muffa, meglio più pulizie giornaliere. Capsula comoda e privata, personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione sufficiente, posizione ottima vicino a Corso Buenos Aires. Unico difetto bagno senza aspiratore. Consiglio per sicurezza e socialità. 4 stelle.

Love the pods. The bathroom wasn’t too bad. If I was staying for more than a night I’d definitely get a pod that locks to keep my stuff in during the day. Staff was friendly and stored my luggage before checkin and after checkout for free.

I stayed there for 2 nights in a women's dorm. Only one bathroom in the room, more facilities outside. The bathrooms are not perfect but it was clean, until a fellow traveller went in and shed so much hair... I didn't know where to put my feet! I can't blame the hostel for a disrespectful traveler. The pods are made of metal and I challenge a mouse not to make any noise.Towels and breakfast was included. Coffee, fresh croissants, fruit. Great! Staff is polite and helpful. I'd stay again.

Good location, 5 minute walk to a metro. The pods were good, privacy curtain and people were quiet and respectful. Bed was not very comfortable but okay for a night or two. Bathrooms not very clean. Good value for money, especially including the breakfast.

La atencion de todo el personal es EXCELENTE siempre estan dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo posible. La habitacion y la cama son totalmente confortables y el lugar esta cerca a cualquier medio de transporte asi como tiendas en general. Lo recomiendo totalmente, fue un placer mi estadia.

Luggage deposit not safe at all. Everybody had access to the storage room. Mattresses of very poor quality. Facilities not very clean.
