- The property has a luggage room which we left our bags in for 5 hours on the day of checkout. One of our bags were stolen. When we reported this to the front desk they told us to report it to the police which we did immediately. The staff then continued to delay providing the CCTV footage of the room until 96 hours had passed, when they told us the footage had been automatically deleted and the camera inside the room was fake.
+ The Dormitory is below average and does not comply for what it is displayed during booking.
- The beds are small and rooms are with smells
+ The hostel in general was good, and very close to the center that was helpful.
- Even though, the hostel was a good option for our stay, one thing that bothered me a lot is the guy that working at the night. Generally they were helpful ( I give them credits about that) one day before our departure, it was my mistake to place my shoes outside from the room I recognise my mistake at the hallway in front of our of our room for a while and they stole them. We went at the reception in the night to ask first to check the cameras to see who was it but the guy told us he didn’t have access but only the manager. Anyways, we looked ourselves for my shoes and we found them at the girl’s bathroom of the first floor where they weren’t supposed to be along with another male boots. We went to the reception again to inform them for the other shoes and the guy told us again that he didn’t know what to do with them and place them again back where we found them and there must be a reason to be there. That was a big mistake of himself because stealing shoes and placing them somewhere else with mine also doesn’t have to be there. That’s why reception is, to be more responsible with stolen or forgotten things and leaving the things there in case someone asks for them. That’s why also ourselves went the other shoes there. The stuff must be more careful!

- Die Hygiene ist mangelhaft.Sie haben keine Möglichkeit,ihre Kaution zurückzuerhalten , wenn Sie die Bettwäsche nicht selbst wechseln.Ich weiß nicht, ob irgendjemand die Hygiene überprüft.Katastrophe.

- Las camas rechinan para todo, es muy incomodo dormir. Son literas como de cárcel. En el baño no había jabón para mano, no había con qué secarse las manos. Pésima experiencia

+ This property is very badly managed. Housekeeping staff were rude. They close bathroom/washroom after 10 Am, mean you can not use your own floor's washroom after 10-AM, you need to go 1st floor to use it, and the worst part is they will not inform you during check-in about this.
- dirty washroom and behaviour of housekeeping staff. have a look at the toilet picture i have upload, you can not think of sit here and i did managed in my 3 days stay. that was pathetic.

- Da hostilidade dos viajantes do local principalmente, somando com a falta de higiene do local. O quarto possuía cheiro ruim e não parecia ter sido limpo há algum tempo. No mais, penso que os atendentes foram excelentes, muito atenciosos.

Supernettes, unkompliziertes Personal :)! Für Klassenreise super zentral und einfach zu erreichen! Sauberkeit ok, doch im Bad & co dürften wirklich teils komplett abgenutzte Toilettenringe ausgewechselt werden ;)!
Sweet hostel, free drink vouchers were very nice! Only downside was it was on a street that was a little sketchy but otherwise decent place!
Great stay, super close to the main station and not far from downtown/ public transport. The 12 person mixed dorm was very spacious and clean with lockers under the bunks. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were terrific. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the bar area is really great for relaxing.
Fawad from the reception extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. In an emergenceny not willing to help. Also the female working with him extremely unhelpful.

Personnel très accueillant et gentil. Cependant, la salle de bain n’était pas agréable.
The staff was very friendly and friendly, but the bathroom was not very nice.
My only complaint is, that it was really loud, even in the middle of the night so i could'nt sleep. A for 23:00 would be nice.

+ Soweit war alles gut. Für ein paar Tage in München würden wir immer wieder kommen! Preis Leistung war perfekt! Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist auch echt super. Wer das feeling Jugendherberge liebt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben! Wir haben es sehr genossen!
- Die Zimmer für 4 Personen waren nun echt ein bissel klein. Es wäre vielleicht schön, wenn man wenigstens an der Wand Kleiderhaken installieren könnte, oder Regale oben an die Wand, wo man seine Sachen ablegen kann und diese nicht auf den Boden legen muss. Die Kleiderhacken zwischen den Betten machen leider keinen Sinn, da man die Betten bei der Zimmergröße so weit gar nicht auseinander ziehen kann.

+ Schönes älteres Hotel direkt 2 parallel str vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ,
+ È molto pratico, c'è una gabbia per la valigia e i propri averi bloccabile col lucchetto che si può portare da casa o noleggiare per 1,5€. Puoi farti la doccia a qualunque ora (anche della notte) senza disturbare gli altri. Consiglio di portarsi un lenzuolo di sotto o un sacco-lenzuolo e una federa.
