There were FOUR acupuncture needles on the floor, which was both so dangerous and unacceptable. Me realizan dos cargos en mi tarjeta sin avisarme. Cuando voy a reclamar me dicen que envie la informacion y despues de casi 1 mes no he recibido ni contestacion ni la devolucion del cargo,llamas por telefono y nadie responde. Anuncio engañoso,te dicen que el baño es privado pero luego te dan uno compartido. Ni siquiera te preguntan si quieres camas separadas o matrimonial.

Per cui io sono entrato con estrema facilità e in reception non vi era nessuno ad attendermi. Mi ha raggiunto dalla sala da cucina con molta lentezza chi vi era a quell'ora. This hostel is so bad I heard about it in a scary podcast

This hostel offers a very poor experience and should be avoided. It is dirty, noisy, disorganized, and misleadingly advertised. Staff repeatedly entered the room without knocking, turned on lights, and spoke loudly, showing no respect for privacy. Personal belongings were taken without permission, and a used towel was lost without accountability. Overall, the management was unprofessional, and this was the worst hostel stay experienced.

Lo peor de mi estancia en Roma. Reservé una habitación privada para dos personas pero, como lo mencionan otros comentarios, al llegar nos llevaron a otro edificio a unas cuadras del hostal. El edificio no contaba con personal de seguridad ni recepción porque lo que no hay un control exacto de entradas ni salidas. La habitación se ubicaba en un cuarto piso y era sumamente pequeña con mobiliario viejo, un olor terrible y la calefacción no funcionaba por lo que el cuarto era sumamente frío. ...

Prima locatie, vlakbij treinstation/metro Trimini. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Rome. Rustige locatie. Prive kamer was prima, heeft wel achterstallig onderhoud. Hebben er alleen geslapen en gedouched. Verder hele dag op toer.

O primeiro atendimento não foi bom, o atendente não fala italiano nem inglês bem, nao dava para entender nada. Meu quarto fica em outro prédio da recepção, mas era ótimo! Limpo, muito bem localizado, camas confortáveis, água quente e uma cozinha com frigobar, café e panino! Valeu a hospedagem!

Ostello fantastico , pulito, con 1 cucina per piano (con ampio frigo - molto utile) e colazione e merenda comprese nel prezzo. Posizione comodissima a Termini per cui bus, treni e metro a portata di mano. Deposito bagagli gratuito - gestore molto disponibile - guardia notturna presente Giardinetto con tavoli anche all'interno della struttura

El pago del alojamiento lo realicé en efectivo al llegar al Hostel Muy amable la recepción y todo limpio e impecable Gracias

Five minute walk from termini can’t beat it. Easy access to the Vatican on the orange line because of it. Can easily walk to the colosseum and some cheap restaurants. Can get back to the hostel in 45 minutes max from any tour sites in the city with the metro or on foot. Staff is a 11/10, extremely friendly.

Such a great place to stay, the man working the desk was lovely and was chill with you leaving your bags before and after check in. Location was great and it was so nice to have a non bunk bed for a change! Rooms were very spacious and the wine and breakfast offerings were amazing

Las habitaciones privadas están en otro edificio donde no hay recepción. Uno mismo tiene que cuidar el acceso. La cocina principal está en el edificio del hostel, por lo que tuvimos que movernos para cocinar. Muy tranquilo para descansar y todo muy limpio. No hay ambiente, si querés estar tranquilo y cerca de termini para ir a las distintas atracciones o al aeropuerto, es genial.

Welcoming staff, ease in entering the building, very nice and clean rooms, free coffee and wine! Overall, a lovely stay!

El personal agradable, el alojamiento bien para una corta estadía. Corresponde bien al precio / calidad ! Está muy cerca de termini lo cual hace que te puedas mover fácilmente.

Not a big fan of this hostel. Very uncomfortable beds (can feel the springs digging in your back). Bathroom was dirty with a broken shower door. Also not very private as the bunks do not have curtains and are very old.

It's a very nice stay located super close to Termini, making everything super accessible. Supportive staff, plus you get a small breakfast - coffee + croissant. Rooms were clean, and well maintained.

Would not recommend unless you just need a bed for one night. Bathrooms were disgusting- mold on shower heads and doors, and the shower wouldn’t stay up so water sprayed everywhere. Some toilets didn’t flush and there were no locks on bathroom doors. Staff wasn’t welcoming or understanding. WiFi barely worked. Would not stay again.

Único ponto negativo é o chuveiro Tivemos problemas para tomar banho a noite pq ele gelada a água . Reclamei no dia seguinte ele ajustou . Saimos para nisso passeio e quando voltamos a água estava gelada novamente .

Fue nuestra primera experiencia en un hostel y nos pareció buena. Estábamos en un cuarto de 4 camas, el cual era cómodo y estaba limpio. Dos de las tres personas que vimos en recepción (van rotando) muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar si necesitas algo. A la tardecita dejan vino y snacks, no tienen porqué hacerlo pero es un lindo plus.
