+ Posição boa
- Foi uma experiência desagradável pelo facto de fazerem temperaturas muito baixas no exterior e simplesmente não era activo nem menos o rescaldamento. A nivel de limpeza longe de poder ser defenido como um espaço higienizado
- La prenotazione parlava di camera quadrupla invece mi sono ritrovato in una camerata da 8 Camere fredde. Dovevano inviarmi la posizione e le indicazioni per l'ostello ma non e stato fatto. Non è facile addentrarsi con l'auto nel centro di Cortona

+ The location was great for exploring Cortona by foot. The hotel offers free parking space in the vicinity. The staff was friendly.
- We only chose this accommodation because all other options were fully booked during the national holiday. Shared rooms with bunk beds are not good for middle-aged couples. There were all kinds of noise coming from the other guests in the room and in the corridor. The lights in the corridor also brightened the room when somebody turned them on. The room was cold because of an open window.
+ Host molto disponibile e gentile, bellissima la sala ristoro e l'accesso alla struttura è semplice, nonostante la strada leggermente impervia per arrivare.
- Camera fin troppo essenziale e stretta, ho notato pochi bagni e soprattutto poco puliti (sarà anche a causa dell'ignoranza della gente, per carità) la zona è anche carina ma per chi è in macchina parcheggiare è un grosso problema.

- Chambre n'est pas celle que les photos ont mise en avant. Chambre humide et froide avec une petite ouverture comme fenêtre.

- non mi sono sentita al sicuro durante la notte (e infatti non ho dormito). Ho viaggiato sola e sola mi sono trovata in questa enorme ex scuola. Ho chiesto se ci fosse la possibilitá di chiudersi a chiave in stanza (in qualsiasi ostello in cui ho viaggiato la stanza si chiude, anche nelle camerate) , ma non è stato possibile perchè la chiave non c’era. Inoltre, la colazione è messa a disposizione solo per i gruppi.
+ Nice location, nice staff, however reception was closed from about 6 or 7pm, no staff anywhere. It was cheap and I'm happy there was a hostel option in Cortona, but need to work on creating some atmosphere. Could do with some nice common areas, outdoor space etc. Needs a bit of character and life
- I didn't like that there was no staff after I think 6:30 -7pm. The reception and common area was closed from early evening. There was only one other person staying there at the time I was there and I had this enormous cold echoey dorm all to myself, absolutely no atmosphere. I couldn't make the bedside light work and couldnt find any staff to help me. Overall the facility was fine, clean and quite cheap, just no atmosphere, characterless place, felt a little like a convent (which it might have been in the past). No outside space and no common area past 7pm either.

Where do I even begin? Cortona is a small but truly charming town. Very well located within tuscany and umbria. Once you step out of the hostel you get stunning views of cortona. There is free parking just 100 meters away, vending machines inside the hostel with coffee and water, and the staff is genuinely kind and welcoming. The internet in the common area is really fast. All of this was perfect for a retreat I needed. Thank you, San Marco, for giving me a memory that I will never forget.

+ L'ostello è in una posizione magnifica, provvisto di molti servizi, ben pulito. OVVIAMENTE VALUTO I SERVIZI IN RAPPORTO ALLE ASPETTATIVE CHE SONO LEGITTIME PER UN OSTELLO, ma io ne ho provati vari. Lo staff pronto e gentile.
The hostel is in a magnificent location, provided with many services, well clean. OVIVAMENTAL VALUE AND SERVICE IN REPORT TO ALL ASPECTATIVE THAT are LEGITIMATE FOR an OSTELLO, but I will not prove vari. The staff is prompt and kind.

+ Great Hostel in the heart of Cortona. I was lucky to have the female dorm room all to myself. Close contact via WhatsApp ensured I was always able to ask questions and reach out in case of a problem - great service!
+ Palazzo storico in centro con una grande sala molto bella all piano terra. Zona notte molto ben tenuta con i servizi ben attrezzati e puliti

- It's a youth hostel, with bunk beds, but in january i had it to myself.
+ La caratteristica dell ostello Sembrava un posto medievale, ottimo per chi come me, ama le strutture come un tempo, con fascino e mistero.
- Magari avere un'asciugamano in piu, da doccia , più grande sarebbe l ideale

+ Di questo ostello mi è piaciuto TUTTO. Partiamo dalla gentilezza di Sabrina con la quale è stato facile e preciso fare self check-in e check-out. Posizione top nel cuore della deliziosa Cortona con tanto di parcheggio a 100 metri. Struttura semplice ma pulitissima ed altamente funzionale, dalle camere ai bagni comuni. Era fine dicembre e l'ostello era pochissimo ma (apparentemente) ben frequentato. Anche il prezzo imbattibile... davvero non potevo chiedere nulla di più. Tornerò.
